I purchased 2 mancera fragrances. Amore cafe and instant crush. The instant crush fragrance had a broken atomizer that leaked everywhere and sprayed super cheaply. Mancera fragrances with the magnetic cap are supposed to have a super high quality pressurized atomizer. I sent video of the broken atomizer to the customer service but they slapped me in the face with “since the package is already open, a replacement or refund is not possible” reply. They also ignored the fact of what was really wrong with the atomizer and said that the atomizer might have that crunchy feel when it returns back to place on pressurized atomizers. The videos literally showed the atomizer wasn’t pressurized in the first place, so what would that reply have anything to do with the problem I have. Also, how els am I suppose to show you the defective item if I can’t open it? You can say they don’t cover damages or defects from the factory that they get the fragrances off of but what company doesn’t check if the factory has really been checking their products and not putting defective products in their packages they are selling to their customers before they send them out. And if one item is already like that when someone ends up purchasing it, they will just say that they can’t cover it because it’s the factory’s fault? So now I bought a really expensive fragrance and all I wanted was a luxury unboxing but now my fragrance leaks everywhere. Not only that but I had shipping protection along with the order and I reported the problem in the first to second day when I received the package. Thanks.

The cologne arrived completely sealed but upon opening the bottle was a complete mess and damaged and EMPTY. There was nothing in it! When contacted they said "not possible, oh well." Complete scam!
This shop is a scam. They sent us an empty bottle of cologne with scratch marks all over it and then when we complained they claimed that it’s impossible and they won’t provide a refund. Shady place with shady business practices. Stay away.

I had a very disappointing experience with Beautyhouse. I ordered Rayhaan Tonquin Giza but received the wrong item (Rayhaan Aquatica). The company initially responded and provided a return label, and I returned the item promptly. Tracking confirms it was delivered back to them on March 30, 2026. Since then, I have received no response, no refund, and have been unable to reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts As a first-time customer, this experience showed a lack of accountability and customer service. I’ve now had to escalate the issue through my credit card company. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
