I ordered many clothes for a total amount of $350 (18 pcs). I received only few of them (4 pcs) they fit a little wider than expected but it is an “ok” quality. I contacted multiple times the customer service to receive either my money back or a new shipment. They replied just one time telling me that the order was shipped and to check with post office. I checked with post office, the pack never arrived. I wrote again to customer service and...I m still waiting the reply since 4 months. I called the customer service number, no reply. I m definitely not going to shop on this site ever again! Absolutely unprofessional!

“Unique, Original style of clothing for great prices”
You have to expect it's going to take a few weeks to get your order because it's from other countries, but the prices are very reasonable with free shipping. It's hard to find plus size clothing that's also attractive, yet I haven't seen an item yet that I haven't liked. My last order came within a week, (which was way earlier than I expected), and it got stolen from my mailbox and I was very upset. I messaged Rosegal about it and even though they didn't have any liability, they offered to meet me halfway and resend the items if I agreed to pay for half. I am very satisfied with my service and how I was treated.
I ordered a tapestry from rosegal. I figured it wouldn't be fantastic for the price... But this was really bad. The printing is very dull and there's no weight to them at all it's like on the cheapest fabric possible
Their photos look great but you get nothing like it. Im glad i haven't purchased any clothes because i think it would end up the same.

I've bought a few things from Rosegal now and I have found the goods to be value for money and I really like that the goods aren't straight off the high street and a bit different. The only thing I would say is that I believe the sizing is small. Remember to measure yourself. I will definitely use the company again.
I ordered two shirts and both came pretty quickly. I paid $4.99 for one and it was the quality I would expect. I paid $12.49 for the second shirt and it was horrible quality, very thin and lopsided. I contacted customer service to do a return and they asked me to take pictures and jump through a bunch of Hoops. I did what they said and it's been 2 months and I still have not gotten a return or reply.

It was my first time ordering from them and because I have a trip this weekend I order last week and paid extra for faster shipping which should’ve been 6-8 days. I ordered last Tuesday and it’s almost going to be 2 weeks, and figuring out the tracking is difficult with the link they shared with me. I’m still waiting for my order. Don’t know if I’d order again, their clothes are cute but I’m upset lol.

I ordered a few items. I looked through the size charts for everything i ordered. And ordered by the measurements. One shirt i bought bigger is very tight and snug. A pair of pants are a size too big and slip off very easy. And the other 3 are just too tight to wear. Not happy with the sizing. I was very excited looking forward to these items that i can't wear now. I paid a little extra to have it here quicker because i wanted to wear one of the items this weekend.

Everything is OK except sometimes they advertise they have stock when they don't... Wouldn't mind getting a heads-up in that case, as the reason I pick some of that stuff is to share postage, which gets nulled after you pull stuff like this.
I do not recommend ordering from this company. I ordered 2 swimsuits, and when they arrived the bag had been sliced open and one of the suits is damaged. I submitted a claim ticket only to be told that they do not accept returns of swimwear. I understand the policy, but they wouldn't be able to resell the suit anyway since it has holes in it from someone slicing the packaging. I am still trying to get them to issue a refund, but I should not have to jump through hoops.
Update: after 4 days off going back and forth and sending pictures of the damaged merchandise twice, Rosegal issued a refund.

Cute clothes but misleading info. I purchased two "coats" the fabric was so thin you could see through it. As I was taking a shirt out of the bag the button fell on the floor. The applique for one top was sewn on backwards. The sleeves of two shirts were so small I could not get them on. I'm a Canadian 16 not 16w and I upsized my orders to make sure they would fit. Over half of the order is unwearable. When I reviewed the problem clothes the reviews disappeared except for the positive one. As the website says "cheap clothes" and that is what I got. Disappointing because for once there were plus size cute clothes.

A large variety of choices at affordable prices. I've ordered about a dozen items and everything is as pictured. There are very many plus size items so that is good for bigger girls.
Be sure to double-check the sizing when ordering as they will tell you the inch measurements but some of the items have misleading names (e.g., a waist trainer that had no bones and was really just a tube top)
Overall I'm still happy with my items and would order again.
Don't take free shipping at face value (read the small print). I live in the UK and was hit with an £18 import tax charge. I had already paid £9 shipping for my items to arrive sooner, not impressed.
The clothes that arrived were quality you would expect from items being delivered direct from Hong Kong, some of the clothes were ok and perfectly wearable, but others have come up small despite all being the same size.
I won't be using this site again.
