To Whom It May Concern, Frontpoint values feedback and will always review any customer complaint to ensure we are providing the best service. In this customer's case we investigated and wish to provide the following timeline: 2/20/23 - Customer calls into our tech support line to cancel the account. The representative walks the customer through powering down their panel and sets up a callback with our cancellation department. 2/20/23 - Our cancellation department calls the customer back and leaves a voicemail. No contact is made. 9/6/23 - Customer realizes the account was still open and being charged. They call again and complete the cancellation. Frontpoint understands the frustration of finding out an automatic payment was occurring while the account was believed to be cancelled. In this case no indication was given to the customer that the account was closed and they were given the instruction that they needed to speak with the cancellation department. The customer's lack of doing so is the reason the account was open and despite the non-use an open account does still cost us resources. However, as we sympathize with the customer's intention we have spoken with them and offered to meet halfway by refunded half of the extra months that have occurred since the original call. The customer did agree to this offer and it has been processed for them. No further action or payment is needed for the closure of their account. Frontpoint considers this matter closed.
