To get a transfer code, you simply need to ensure that your domain lock is toggled off within your Squarespace admin and then Request a transfer code (we have a guide on that here: https://sqsp.link/zOGcPm). When you request the code it is sent via email to the contact details on the domain you're looking to transfer. The transfer authentication code should be received within 24 hours. If you've not received the transfer code you'll need to open the domain's Registration Information (https://sqsp.link/NXI8WF) and confirm you've got the correct email information listed.
