I wrote a review regarding the lack of customer service and I received an email stating they want more details or they will not view the initial review as a valid it asked for a confirmation number, which is not available. If I don’t reply in three days, they consider the review not valid. If email is attached they can obviously look up my information as valid account.Still waiting need an email address to send details regarding my concerns. Emails sent via acheive platform go unanswered

The Best Lender that I have ever know.

There was some confusion at first
There was some confusion about the type of loan we needed, but we finally got it sorted out. The only problem is that amount we have to pay my wife’s debts is about half of what we need. tv

Pros and cons.
The process of getting the HELOC was fast & easy, even throughout underwriting. I received responses in a timely manner, and the funds came fairly quickly. The fees are a little more than other lenders, but that was a fair trade off for the ease of the process and the fixed interest rate. However, they deposited the entire loan amount into my bank account immediately, and then made it impossible to pay any of it back for several weeks. OVER TWO WEEKS of paying interest on money I didn't immediately need. No way to log in and make a payment, no way to call in and make a payment. When I finally received info from the loan servicing company, it required a 45 minute phone call to verify my identity and get me logged in to the portal. Then I was finally able to make a payment. Also, when I do want to withdraw a large amount, I will have to call back and speak to a rep and go through the long, drawn-out verification process again to get the money. Overall, more hassle than I expected.

I had no options but to get an Acheive loan
I had no options but to get an Acheive loan as the sister company's incompetence cause me to have 3 liens against my house that I did not know existed until I was in the middle of selling my home. As a valued customer who never missed a payment they showed their thanks by giving me a 23.9% rate. The total amount of the loan, once they added their fees, was $1055.48. The total amount I will pay back, while adding extra every payment, will be $13,108.16. I am looking for work and trying to payoff as much as possible but Acheive will Not negotiate a lumpsum of $4,500.00, which would pay back a little over what was owed. Acheive is the only creditor not will to negotiate. Acheive imposes exorbitant interest rates, employs unfair lending practices that disproportionately target vulnerable customers and keep people trapped with unfair loan terms. I turned down Achieve's loan offer several times but had no other options because of the liens, that I had not been made aware of, which had to be paid in full. I am frustrated and disgusted and do not understand why these companies are allowed to stay in business. I received a call from Acheive after my review and was simply told that they will not accept any lesser amounts. Thanks for the "discussion". I have been contacted several times by the company to tell me they will not work with me. Achieve only contacted me to reiterate that they will not accept anything less than their loan shark terms which were agreed to when they had me backed into a corner. I paid the full amount, I am ecstatic to be done with this mercenary and profiteering organization.

You Have A Really Great Team
Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful! There were three primary people who took care of my loan. LaShawna, Cole, & Elizabeth. LaShawna came in towards the end and she was good at returning my emails and answering my questions. Cole was a little more "elusive". He came on to process my loan paperwork and he did a quick and thorough job, he just wasn't as quick to respond to questions. I didn't speak to him or email with him at all. Elizabeth took me through the whole process and assisted me in getting onto the portal site (which in my experience is horrible) when I was having issues. When I couldn't get on the site to send in needed paperwork she had me send it to her and she got it to Cole. She returned my calls/emails expeditiously, she was very helpful in explaining the process and finding me a decent rate. You have a really great team.
