Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY! Its a complete scam. They refused to cancel and refund my ticket even before the ticket was issued, and even though I paid extra for a fully refundable, fully cancellable ticket. Spare yourselves the headache and book direct with the airline.
I had a phenomenal experience with Nelson Kurt who called to confirm my flight. We learned I had booked a different flight on the same day from what I wanted to do because I am traveling with a friend. Nelson did his magic and was able to get me on the correct flight, the same one as my friend and got me the last seat in premium economy! He literally saved me for having to travel Bangkok alone instead of with my friend as planned. I’m very grateful! Thank you, Nelson, for the extraordinary service!
Akanksha Yadav helped me take care of the flight details. She explained the whole itinerary step by step with clarity. She has a pleasant voice and shows extreme curiosity with lots of respect. I would love to book my next trip with Adams Vacation. My deepest gratitude to Miss Yadav. A very happy client.
I booked a ticket with Adam Vacations. I received a call that they were unable to confirm the ticket with the airline, however, they were able to offer me a better itinerary for only $25 more (Seattle to Barcelona) or they were happy to refund me. I chose the better itinerary for $25 more and very happy about it.
