My experience with Alan Meds has been very positive. As they were getting down to the wire on not being able to provide some of the compound medication’s, I worked with one of their reps, Mayra Tejada, and she was amazing. She was helping me to try to stay aboard as cost-effectively as possible so I could continue my weight loss journey. And she has also provided me with information about future products that I can try once the is stopped. I truly felt that she had my best well-being in mind, and was trying to help me maintain my program without it being a heavy financial hit. She was awesome and I am glad that she was my representative.

It’s a waste of money. After 3 months of them charging atleast $300 a month, I only 2lbs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone . I started in August.I didn’t see any difference, I canceled after 3 months .

The treatment was not effective for me for 8 months. On 02/20/25 before the next shipment which they emailed me the next shipment would process after medical intake. I have tried to cancel my treatment and still they charged my credit card $458 without medical intake; they are not responding to my calls or emails for days. I have even emailed them to refund $458 back to my credit card and still I get emails that the prescription is on its way without completing medical intake. I wanted confirmation of refund of $458 back to my original payment.

Allen Meds. is a very professional online meds. store that cares about their patients. I had many questions that they answered quickly and respectfully either by phone, text or email. Their delivery service for the medications that I was prescribed was impeccable unlike another company that I had been using before switching over to Allen Meds. I was being treated for weight loss and man did it work. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone that would like to lose weight at a safe rate. Using Alan Meds helped me loose 10 lbs in less then 8 weeks. What’s amazing is they are helping and working with you the entire time your on there program. Definitely try working with this group if you seriously want to lose weight! Cannot say enough good things about there support!

They charge twice as much as other companies or even my local pharmacy. But the main issue is the shipping. I have never received an order that was still chilled with the ice packs. I am currently waiting on an order that was ordered four days ago and has been set to be sent the last three days by FedEx and now it’s not going to come for another three days. So the medicine is going to be ruined and I have paid $458 for this. And no weight loss, so I would not recommend this site. Their customer service is awful. They just blame FedEx and will not give you a credit or re-ship anything.
