The in-store pickup is so quick and easy! I’ve used it twice now, and will probably continue to do so. I haven’t done the curbside, yet, and I still like to walk through and browse, too, but I definitely like this option!

This was the first time I've used Al's in-store pickup for something that I needed quickly (replacement parts for my bike rack). The order was available when promised and I'm sure I made it out of the store 3x or 4x faster than I would have if I would have had to go in and look for the part myself. The whole process was really easy.

It was fine. At first Als did not want to include the paddle with the kayak even though the add said free paddle.

Purchased the Flash Sale KXONE SUP - and used it today. Everything was in the box, and set up was pretty easy. Would have appreciated directions but YouTube videos of SUP inflation were helpful. The board is incredibly light (important since Bear Lake is down and it is a long walk to the water) and felt stable in the water. Not as responsive as a hard board but more convenient when carrying. Pleased with the value to performance ratio!

I ordered shoes and did an in store pickup. It was ready earlier than expected so I was able to pick up the shoes quick. Great customer service and when I got there to pick up, they were so fast it was like they were waiting for me. I love Al’s

Great on line service I bought a 26” mountain bike fork, run in to a problem my 20% coupon didn’t work so I contacted Al’s asking them if they could help me they give me my discount right away and ask me if a I had any problems to contact them again they would be glad to help, I’m glad I bought my fork with Al’s two thumbs up!!!

Great customer service from the Internet customer service group. I was waiting to speak with the bike department and had been on hold for a few minutes. A person from Al's Internet sales team asked me if they could help. They didn't know the answer but said they would go ahead and find out and follow up with me. The followed up within 5 minutes and had resolved my questions and reserved the item for me to purchase.

Ordered online and selected store pickup to avails shipping. Website stated it would be available in 5 days but I got an email within 4 hours saying it was ready for pickup. Superior service and seamless transaction. 5 stars for sure.

Al’s is great. Bought some shoes and knee pads. Although the shoes were too big, they sent a prepaid label, got a super quick refund and had great customer service. I’m enjoying the kneepads and will be happy to purchase from them again. Thanks a bunch Al!
