The personnel, food, activities and excursions were top notch. Guides on tours except fir one were all very knowledgeable. The only one was our Saratoga guide. She did not have an understandable flow to her presentation.

My experience was better than I imagined. The whole experience was exceptional in the room size, the helpfulness of the staff, the quality and variety of the meals, the events and coordination of all our activities. We meet a lot of new friends in the smaller scale (90 passengers) of the cruise ship and the service was attentive with a willing attitude. We hope to cruise with this company again!

This cruise was absolutely beautiful. I loved every single day. The smaller ship made it so much easier to meet people. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, from the captain on down. Food was superb! Staterooms always clean. There were a variety of excursions.

It was so nice being on a smaller ship but having all of the great amenities! Excursions were fun and provided a lot of history of the areas we visited. Staff were all outstanding! Everything was very well organized.

Everything was so organized. I appreciate how you honored the 250 year of our country and also how you honored our veterans. Lewis and Clark history was very informative and well presented. The excursion were well planned out and a variety for everyone. The crew were so friendly always greeted us with a smile. My only complaint would be the entertainment and I realize you can’t please everyone.

Our stateroom was the perfect size with plenty of drawers. the best thing though is the crew, from the room attendant, the servers in the dining room and the general crew they are helpful and pleasant, always smiling. The senior staff, hotel manager, cruise director and excursion hosts were great. The historian-entertainer was also a jack of all trades helping with setting up presentations.

The crew and the staff were excellent and friendly. We want to give credit to a few people: Alex was such a sweet patient and kind director, sir Allen was funny and friendly. Nelson was our waiter and he did a great job and made us laugh. The singer Sydney was excellent. She has a beautiful voice.

Tom Struve did an outstanding job of presenting information related to the Ohio river Boat was clean, with happy and helpful crew members. Very friendly and informal atmosphere. Many repeat American cruise guests. Hop On/Hop Off with American Cruise buses worked well with local residents talking about their city.

As mentioned on the survey, you need to start a recycling program. Entertainment every night was EXCELLENT. We wanted to tour the FDR house at Hyde Park but it was sold out. With only 100 people on the cruise, there should NEVER be sold-out excursions.

Staff was awesome and always there for us. Was a wonderful relaxing experience. This was our first time on ACL and we loved it. Sometimes the meal choices weren’t that great but we managed to find something we liked. All in all a great experience for us.

On this cruise the Cruise Director and dining room servers (especially, Brit Graves) were outstanding. Scott Brennan was interested in and attentive to any request. He intentionally connected with everybody. I felt genuinely welcomed aboard. Making water readily available was appreciated. Superb cruise!!!
