I've been using Apex Hosting for 3 weeks now. Never had a problem. Server stays on 24/7, quickly starts up and restarts. It's really easy to change worlds, create backups, add mods, and customize the server. Yesterday I corrupted my world file when adding a mod, I made a backup of the corrupted world by accident. I created a ticket and the response time was super quick and they managed to pull a backup before the one of the corrupted world. W Apex customer service.

They quit providing their services and kept charging me. Two months after my server was shut down for "billing problems" I don't have the ability to start it. It's just locked and shut off and I'm still being charged.

10/10 custom service marco and bob are the 2 best human beings on this earth bobs a goat and helps with any problems and does everything super fast. One of the best, omg at first they doesnt have the modpack i wanted BUT they offer to help me install it such good service and now i am able to enjoy it with my friend with the modpack i want!! 10/10

I have been using Apex Hosting to host modded Minecraft servers for my friends and I for years now. Recently, I have been using much larger mod packs for these servers, and some of them had some difficulties that I myself couldn't figure out. When I was looking for ways to contact Apex Hosting's technical support, I didn't expect to hear a quick reply, nor a helpful one. Not only was I totally incorrect in my assumption, but I was shocked by not only the speed of the reply, but the skill these people had. They diagnosed my problem, proposed a solution, and fixed the issue FOR ME all within a quick 3 message thread. This is by far the best technical support I have ever experienced, and could not recommend their services more. Great work.
