This ticket guy, Sam, is a complete scam. I bought tickets in October for a February 12th flight. He initially booked flights without payment, which then got canceled. He promised a full refund by Tuesday evening after telling me on January 31st that the ticket was canceled by Australian Airlines. When I followed up, he changed his story, claiming he found another date for February 17th. He just keeps making excuses and has wasted both my time and money. Definitely avoid this person.
SCAMMM! run! after buying with them, I found a better flight on another site and asked them for a refund and they never gave it back. had to call my bank to dispute the charges on my credit card.

-they pressure you into paying more than what you had initially agreed to pay for (they bombard you with multiple phone calls within a very short lapse of time) and they create a false sense of urgency: you must give them an answer quickly or the price of your ticket might increase again. I was told that my airfare was more expensive because the airline company had supposedly forgotten to book my return flight.....
-they act like they are defending your best interest ( eg " i talked to my manager and he agreed to send you your e-ticket in one hour", i never got the e-ticket).
-take your time before agreeing to anything whether it's over the phone or by email and before giving them your credit card number. If needed, block your credit card and stop answering their calls and take some time to think about it. Be smart.
-they don't send you the new invoice nor the new receipt with the new price that you will be paying. Even if you ask for them.

-It's very hard to get real answers, you are either told that Accounting is closed or that the person you should talk to is not in the office or busy serving another customer or they transfer you to what seems to be a call centre (not located in North America) or they say they will get back to you but they never do or they ask you to call back in a couple of hours or they hang up on you or they tell you that they are new on the job and therefore don't know how to answer you.
-Beware, you end up paying a lot of money on long distance calls.
-they mislead you yet talk to you in a very professional, very polite and very submissive way and they all have the same modus operandi. It's a well oiled machine.
-saving a little bit of money is definitely not worth the trouble. Don't do business with them: plus come to think of it, the deal is too good to be true. Right? Again, be smart.

I paid for a ticket for a California family trip on October 14th,for a December 23rd trip even after they jerked up the price after I paid for the ticket (reason was the one that I paid for initially was a discounted price), I still agree to pay the difference. They gave a bad reservation # that is not ticketed, but upon confirming from the airline, they said bestfaredeal never paid for the ticket, even after several weeks of withdrawing the funds from my card. I made many calls to them and they assure me that they will issue an eticket before my travel date.
Well, I checked the reservation on the 16th of December, and it is not working, and when I called bestfaredeal, they said they cant get the ticket and they have cancel the reservation. This is a week to my family travel, and no cancellation email from them, plus price for my group is gone from around $1600 to little over $5000. Now, we cant afford the new air ticket cost. This is my story, and I do not think any customer should go through this. This business should not be in operation in Canada, and the more we can review about them, the better it will help other consumers from this click bait scam. I am not sure of how to tell my young children that we are not going to make the trip any longer.

This is a scam website with zero customer service satisfaction. They booked me a flight with no ticket number and promised multiple times to provide the ticket number 10 days before departure date, I checked back with them 15 days before boarding, found out they cancelled my tickets without even letting me know. They said they will issue a refund but too late as prices went up already more than double. So disgusting and irresponsible people😡

I would like to report an extremely negative experience with BestFareDeal. I paid for a flight ticket but never received the ticket. They sent me a booking confirmation, and just a few minutes later, the booking was cancelled without any explanation and without providing what I had paid for.
I consider their way of handling this situation completely unacceptable and deeply dishonest based on my experience. I demand immediate action regarding my complaint and a full refund without delay.
This situation is unacceptable, and I expect my statement to be taken very seriously.
BEWARE-THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I was very recently scammed by a travel booking company out of $4000. I believe this company goes by the name ‘Best fare deals’ / ‘vflyus’. However on asking them what their company is called they would say ‘Flight services’.
They started calling me constantly from the minute I accessed their website to book tickets to fly from USA to Australia to visit family.
I am sure they use fake generic names and has Indian accents.
They would consistently call me everyday until I transferred over the money to them via Apple Pay (to multiple phone numbers) and Western Union to a personal account. I should have sensed that scam however they would send to me Conformation codes which I would verify via the airline website, which is why I believed them. I am unable to do a charge back as I completed these transactions the way I did.
A week prior to my intended date of travel, I was informed by them that Qantas was unable to provide me with a ticket as the price had increased significantly. They then advised that I would get a full refund. Since then I have been calling them almost everyday and everytime I am being told that I will have to wait 10-15 days (mind you I have already been waiting 3 weeks for my money).
This is a learning for me and a warning to whomever reading this- VFLYUS, FLYUS, BEST FARE DEALS, FLIGHT SERVICES are a huge SCAM. Do not fall for them.

Whilst trying to contact this company to get my refund, Elena/ Stella/ Anna (all of which are the same person) put me on hold for nearly 3 hours and i still dont have my money.
I have spoken to James, Nick, Clara, David, Brian, Max, Elijah and all these people are indian people and blatantly lie to you about solving all your ticketing problems within 24 hours- again LIES.
Never doing business with them , scammers , not professional , took my money and they keeping leading me on because they don’t want to send my refund , every time I call the manager isn’t there!
Booked my trip with them, pleasant experience and they kept their word on providing the E-ticket , also big thank you to Clara for everything she has done. Will do business in the future.

I saw an international flight that was the best option I could find online on jetcost.
I was brought to them and booked. Oct 9. Less than 30 min later they called and told me that there was no more place in economy “basic” only in economy “standard” for almost double the price.
I was like Uhm okay thanks but no thanks and they then found another option that fitted my budget. Total: $1600.
Once I paid, they took $1487. Which to me rang bell to oddness! Once paid, I got a booking confirmation from air Canada but never my payment receipt nor my ticket from bestfare.
Mind you, my flight was supposed to be on the 21st of October. Every 2 days I called, repeatedly to have news and all I got was : we’re dealing with “technical issues” called my bank and they said there’s been a lot of fraudulent transaction from best fare and a lot of complaint.
Till now (oct.20) I still haven’t received a thing and the booking doesn’t exist anymore at air Canada.
Anytime I call from my own phone the call goes nowhere (I was blocked) so to get a hold of someone I need to use google phone numbers or relatives numbers. RIDICULOUS
DO NOT BOOK OR PAY THESE SCAMMERS!
