Best Fare Deal Misleads Customers
Don't book flights through Best Fare Deal. They pressure customers to pay additional costs than to the original price advertised on their website. Furthermore, they're a company who mislead customers where we booked for a round-trip to Zurich, and they tell us there are no available seats for the returning flight. This raises concerns on why would they advertise such prices if there's no available seats? It's a deliberate tactic to get you to pay more. We ended up paying 41% extra than what we originally paid just to get the returning flight.

I booked with Bestfaredeal because I thought I got the best price but ending up paying an additional 75% after my initial payment. I have to check my charge daily because they charged me twice of my initial payments and there's anothet $280 charge. It took them 3 weeks to make the corrections. Lois Michelle have been very helpful in updating me and assuring me that I will get my money back. I got my money back after constant calling.

However, they informed me that no seats were available for my return flight from San Diego to Vancouver. They also stated that the deal was non-refundable. They offered me an alternative return flight with one stop at an additional cost, which I do not want. The issue is that I did not see any terms and conditions mentioning a non-refundable policy. Additionally, when I searched for the exact same flight (same date, time, and direct route), I found it at a lower price. This company is a scam. I strongly advise everyone not to purchase tickets from BestFareDeal.com. They advertise extremely low fares, but once you provide your payment details, they come up with excuses to charge you more.

I gave them 5 stars based on their commitment to servicing the customer. My experience did not start well as they had told me that the seat at the price I had paid sold out. I should have vetted the company first as I would have seen that this occurred many times to other people. After several days of back and forth with this company, I got "Claire" to help me which she did and we were able to resolve my issue. I was asked to provide a 5-star rating while waiting on line till I was done. This was my experience, it turned out well after all of that. Thank you "Claire" for helping me.

After giving all info; including credit card, the card payment was somehow denied. No problem here! 2 minutes later trying to book again price went up with 35% from $947 to S1250. They try to call you from 301 area code - Maryland USA, their posted office address is in Surrey, British Columbia. Fishing scam.

The agent told I could not book the flight which originally I want. And I could not cancel it too. I could not understand why. Because he said it was not booked. Why I can not money back for not booking one. And I must book different flight which is more expenses and not convenience. After that, there was no problem.

More I refused and asked them to cancel they were trying to convince me to get another ticket for more I refused I had to call my card to dispute the charges this is false advertisement which I told them Terrible company not even based in America …

My five stars only goes to the agent, Claire. She was kind, caring and professional. I was very disappointed because the seat that I paid for was suddenly unavailable two hours later. It was then left up to the customer to upgrade at a much higher price. The company should have compensate by offering another seat at the same price. That is considered good customer service. I was not the one at fault here. Claire’s customer service was awesome. She was patient and helpful and understanding of my disappointment. She’s to be commended. However, in future I will not be using this company for my travels. Their bait and switch tactics was unprofessional and unbecoming.

My wife and I got stranded at Heathrow with no way of returning back home to Maryland USA. We ended up spending thousands of dollars to return home two days later. They will not take calls even though they advertize themselves as a 24 hour business. SCAM!!!!
Fraudulent flight booking
I booked a two'way return trip online. They called to say they have booked my return and it is not cancellable. However, they could not book the flight to my destination and proceeded to offer a $600 more expensive option. After a heated c9nversation with a manager, they somehow cancelled the trip. To be safe, I immediately cancelled my credit card.
