Bob Evan’s in belden village Ohio has the slowest cooks ever. It does not matter if you order inside or take out or even door dash it will be the longest you have ever waited for food in you life. Stay far away if your hungry
Waitress not friendly , I mentioned coffee was lukewarm and drank it but wanted a cup w/ hot . She did not even let me finish talking. Food is not all that good as use to be , if you could work on that . Bread used for toast is old , falls apart . No thank yous for coming in
The Bob Evans in Sun City Florida is one of the dirtiest places I’ve been to in a long time . Blinds were closed and until you started staring at things you wouldn’t notice. The carpet was dark also until you caught a glimpse at the edges which were nice and clean.
My breakfast was horrible. Everything cooked with extremely rancid oil. The bread was stale.
Must say my waitress was nice.
I loved Bob Evans since I was a kid ( I'm 67 ) . Best of the Best. Unfortunately on 06/06/2026 I was SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED. The service was awesome as usual BUT the food was absolutely horrible. Cold and Horrible.
VERY VERY SAD 😢
Savanna made it great. We go to the Mt Pleasant, MI location. Savanna is a ball of energy, attentive and always smiling. She would be a great trainer for all of your locations!
Just ate an early dinner at the Bob Evans on National Road in Wheeling, WV. Food was as good as usual! Service was what set this visit apart from others! Joelle took good care of us and mad our dining experience a 10! One of the best servers we've had there! That's why the guy with the Merry Christmas t-shirt left you such a big tip! Keep up the good work!
As costs go up everywhere I feel like quality should still be there. Spent $52 ( did include dd driver tip) however the pot roast dinner had no gravy...a ice cream scoop of potatoes and meat! Disappointed by the meal especially for the cost! Husband had fish and fries. May not of changed oil for a while! Feel bad this restraunt has gone downhill!
Went to the Bob Evans at the villages Florida order a plate of fish and with broccoli and coleslaw. The coleslaw and broccoli was OK but the fish was horrifying. It felt like a piece of cardboard from. I don’t know those frozen aisles at Walmart. fish tasted old.I don’t know what happened to Bob Evans. Yes they did not charge me for the fish when I complain and she did offer me something else. By the way, the fish said wild caught on the menu so I was imagining something better or fresher. Maybe is was wild caught in the 90’s 😱Bob Evans You got to do better!!!
The restaurant was fairly busy. The waitress took a very long time to take our order. Once it was taken we waited close to 40 minutes for our food. My pecan salad was missing cheese. My potatoe soup came as we were ready to leave. It was cold and the potatoes were not done in the soup. I took 2 bites and chose not to eat it. The waitress did not charge for meal because the soup was not done. I love Bob Evans. This experience has me rethinking coming back.
No butter? No real cream for coffee? Margarine and non-dairy creamer are "down on the farm??" You spent decades advertising, building a reputation and now, instead of focusing on customers, accountants dictate your business. Do you think the president has to ask for cream for his coffee or butter for his bread? Well we don't want to either. Won't be going back.
WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WHAT BURGER? EVAN BURGER? OH MY GOD IS YOU MIDDLE NAME CHEESE? DO YOU COME WITH FRIES? OH MY GOD TUNG TUNG TUNG SAHURIG IT SO HARD TO YOUR BURGERS
I loved the eggs sooooooooooo much!!!!!!!! It has to be the scramble version!!!!! Bre was an amazing waitress tooooooo!! Make sure you make your way to Bob Evans at I-70!!
First the waitress got my order wrong. I ordered the 3 chicken fingers that came with bread and a side of coleslaw or french fries. Then she brought what she said the meal came with which was not how it was listed. She brought 3 burnt chicken fingers with nasty french fries and rotten coleslaw. When I told her about the rotten coleslaw. The waitress said it always looks like that. In all the years I have eaten at Bob Evans the coleslaw has never looked like that! They took $2 dollars off for the coleslaw.
This is my 13th year of eating at Bob Evans and this is the year that I noticed a lot. I understand that the prices are getting high but why is it that the taste satisfaction it's not there anymore???
Anyway. Bob Evans now is a waste of time and money. It's like people are just throwing their money away.
The serving size of their menu is too small, yet, the cost is so high. The disappointing part is, it doesn't have an inviting/satisfying taste anymore. Basically, what I paid was just nothing.
A week ago, I ordered steak tips. I thought, they were good but nope. It's rubberized, chewy which I wasn't expecting with that.
This time, I ordered a platter of fish and I thought, they would give me a good meat of fish, but then, it was breaded fish that doesn't have enough meat in it. I'd say, Gortons fish with 9 counts in the bag that walmart sells is a lot better.
I'm just sharing my experience, so, people would aware of these.
We went to the Bob Evans in Laurel, MD. which is always neat and clean. Our server, Larhonda, was attentive and humorous. Our meal arrived in 5-7min. and was delicious, especially the bacon on my BLT.
We were at the Bedford IN location, and wanted a breakfast for dinner meal. We both ordered eggs over medium, with biscuits and gravy. My husband had pancakes as well with sausage and bacon. I had bacon. There were less than a dozen customers there including us. The biscuits were hard and inedible; had obviously been under a heat lamp far too long. Our eggs were overdone. Bacon was brittle from being overcooked and painful to eat. The gravy was darker than Au Jus and didn't taste like sausage gravy made with milk. Hash browns undercooked and had a bitter, acrid (almost chemical) taste. The meals were $42 in total. We did tip the recommended 15% but would have tipped better if the food was better prepared and edible. Pretty disappointing for a couple of senior citizens who don't eat out often. I was surprised at the poor quality of the food. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms.
I don't normally complain and I'm not looking for any freebees for doing so. My server, whom I had to ask her name, Sara(h), I had to ask for everything. She did bring me the to go for creamer since I shake & can't pour. (1 thing good). I had to ask for a glass of ice water. There was no sugar-only the fake kind, I needed silverware as there was none provided. I( might have figured she was having a bad day except that she didn't forget to bring any of that to the ladies in back of me or the people in back of them; just me, a single person at the booth. Makes you wonder. She didn't even stop to see if I needed anything during the service. It wasn't until I had my plates emptied that she noticed & brought my check. She did give me a hand to get out of the booth (that was the 2nd good thing).
