Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the support representatives for being exceptionally helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when guiding them through troubleshooting steps. Consumers also deeply appreciate the prompt warranty service, noting that replacement appliances or necessary parts are frequently sent out very quickly. People are especially pleased when they receive personalized calls and practical solutions for their kitchen appliances.
Some reviewers were not happy with the slow communication, mentioning extremely long wait times on the phone and incomplete email updates. A few other people also felt that certain support agents relied too heavily on rigid scripts rather than addressing specific technical problems.

Everything went wrong. Total incompetence. I've always enjoyed and bragged about the quality of products. However, any levels of satisfaction were quickly negated with the responses and timeline of the Tech Support in my requests for warranty claim. At this stage I would never recommend Breville products again due to the Tech Support lack of response and delays. I already outlined the hassles I was put through in a prior communication with Tech Support.

Thank you so much for your kind, quick and effective response to my request! Everything went through easily, I am really satisfied with your attention and very happy with the Breville Joule Oven!!
Lucky is a great Breville rep; he sure knows the products and was able to answer every question I had. It’s so reassuring to have someone like Lucky on your care team!
Customer Support Hub is seriously flawed. The Chat with Support Agent feature does not work, the link does not work. I called customer service 866-273-8455 number to try to speak with an agent and it says there is high call volume and if I want a call back, it prompts you to press 1 for yes, 2 for no. I press 2 and it asks me to leave a callback number. You can't back out of this menu option and it will disconnect the call. I did not want to be called back. The Breville support hub is one of the worst I have seen and I have been trying to them for 2 weeks with no success. This is terrible for a product line of high end kitchen appliances.

Lucky was knowledgeable about products and helped register 2 other Breville products that I thought had been registered. Very pleased with service and him.
They resolved my problem of my broken Breville food processor reversible disk shredder. The agent promptly placed my order and facilitated expedited shipping to my address. I do wish however, that parts could be ordered online through a simple category called Parts or “Find your parts here”.
I purchased a new Breville hand mixer through Amazon, and within approximately two weeks discovered that it was defective. One side of the mixer would not securely hold any attachment, making the product unusable.
When I contacted customer service on 6/25/2026, I was given two options: either pre-pay for a replacement unit and return the defective mixer afterward, or return the original mixer first using a shipping label that would be provided and then receive a replacement. During this process, I was required to participate in a real-time video call to demonstrate the issue with each attachment and provide proof of purchase, even though the product had been purchased only about a week earlier.
While I understand that companies need procedures to verify defective products, the process made me feel as though I was being treated as if my claim was questionable or potentially fraudulent. The defect was clearly demonstrated, yet I was still required to spend additional time proving that I had received a faulty product.
As of today, I still have not received the promised shipping label, and the issue remains unresolved. I have continued to receive multiple emails requesting a product review, which is frustrating because my experience has been primarily with the customer service and replacement process rather than the product itself.
I chose Breville because it is considered a premium brand, and I expected a higher level of customer support. Customers who receive a defective product should not have to go through an unnecessarily difficult process or feel as though they must prove their honesty before receiving assistance. I hope Breville reviews this experience and improves the way legitimate warranty and replacement requests are handled.

Your feedback is appreciated, and we are sorry for the delays you have experienced with the exchange process. We want to make sure there is no confusion around the hold — this is a temporary hold on a card only, not a charge for a new machine. It is fully voided once your current machine is returned to us. We understand that gathering the required information can feel like an added hurdle, and we are sorry for that frustration. It is a necessary part of the process, and we appreciate your patience. A copy of your shipping label will be sent to you right away.
Is 0 an option? Terrible

The breville luxe brewer blows incredibly hard. It constantly throws up errors to remove the carafe lid (which customer support insists is normal despite this occurring outside of specification). But much worse is the fact the machine will arbitrarily decide to leave 100ml or over 250ml in the water jug following a brew. You want to brew 4 cups of coffee? The machine will decide to override this and deliver 3 cups, which of course makes for an utterly inconsistent brew. The first machine had the above problems, Breville sent a replacement, telling me to dispose of the first machine. The replacement machine has the same problems, except somehow manages to magnify the discrepancy of amount of water it delivers each time. Completely useless, defective product. Breville should be ashamed putting this junk to market.
