We were so happy that you were able to install this chair within days of our occupancy of our new town home. My husband cannot climb stairs, and without this stairlift, we would not have been able to purchase the home. Our friends in Virginia Beach own one of your chairs and they had done a great deal of research before purchasing it. The one selling point for us is that it is American made and we felt that should there ever be a problem, we would receive prompt service.
I love it - it has made my life so much easier because I had it installed going up to the bedrooms and down to the main room -- without them I had to remain in one room -- I'm sorry that I didn't do it soon. The installer was so pleasant and answered all my questions - great company
My install was almost 30 days ago. This is my 2nd review. On my 1st one I gave everyone 5 stars even though one of the seats were damaged during installation. The installer reported it, but so far it has not been repaired or replaced. Have not even heard from anyone about it.

Great sales people. Very well trained installers. Quick install from time of contract signed to install was less than one week. The only problem i encountered was i tried to go to their office only to find out it was only by appointment. This was not listed on the web site. But overall it was a good experience.
