Although the Jade bangle I ordered didn’t fit, you definitely get what you pay for. The customer service was very nice, if the store had the correct size that fits me I’d definitely order from Buddha stone shop again.

Finally received an email 27 Dec confirming my refund had already been processed. It was backdated to 26 Oct. We got there in the end. Thankyou. - I ordered a dress 26 Oct. Good delivery experience and lovely quality dress. But it did not fit. You have to email to request a return/ refund. Many emails later they had not resolved this. First they invited me to choose something else then offered a discounted replacement item then a discounted refund if I keep the item...I think it's just down to communication delay.

I was really impressed when I received my order, a silver bangle with the mantra of compassion on it and a green stone mala ( buddhist rosary). Both items were packaged nicely in their own box and inside a nice bag. The mantra of compassion can sooth suffering of one self and others. As a Buddhist I truly like this bangle. I would like to also say the product photos in Buddha Stone shop are nice however it is very different when you open the nice little box and take your Buddha Stone bracelet in hand you will see the elegance of the bracelet. The website showed the Harem trousers as looking quite wide and baggy. Great, I thought. They arrived today creased to hell and as if they'd just been shoved into the packet. Material quite thick and skimped so not baggy at all, just loose,....unless you have twiggy legs! Designs nice though. Hopefully once washed and ironed they will look more presentable. Expected better for the price.

We used the size chart to determine the sizing, but the bracelets were all too big. We reached out to customer service to see if there was anything that can be done. They are willing to send us smaller bracelets if we cover the international shipping costs. It's been a lengthy process because of the time difference, but the company is trying to help.

Review updated as the shop refunded a large portion of the money without me having to return the items. I ordered the women's harem pants. With the 3 for 2 offer, they worked out about £20 each. Order took nearly a month to arrive, much longer than the time quoted. The packaging was nice. The material feels reasonable quality and the prints are fun. However, the cut and fit of the garments is not the quality the price suggested. There is not enough material in the trousers, making them unsuitable for bending and squatting and the other sorts of motions expected in yoga. The fit is awkward around the gusset. They're more appropriate as pyjama bottoms and I wouldn't have minded them for this purpose if they'd been £10 each. Probably if considering, it would work best to order a much larger size.
