I was 10 minutes late getting outside for my dumpster delivery. Totally my fault. Beware there is a $195 missed delivery charge. I cancelled the dumpster. $195 seems a bit excessive. I'd have paid $50 but I'm not into a company that gouges! Good luck!

The dumpster was not put where I had asked for it to be put not even close it was put just right in front of the driveway blocking the driveway blocking the vehicles from getting out the ones that were there I made sure that everything was cleared and easily accessible to put it where I asked for it to be put not two vehicles are blocked in and the door was blocked as well. Is there anyway to get this fix have it moved to where I asked for it to be put
Had a great experience with budget dumpster. I did a lot of checking with other companies and they had the best price. They delivered when they said they would. The pickup was easy to schedule online and they were able to pick up the next business day.

Charge to much, there should not be a daily charge for the use. it doesn't cost you a penny if we go past a week. you are the only service I use that does this.

Vohn, Our communication is clear that the pickup of the dumpster must be scheduled prior to the end of the rental period. In this instance, the last day of the rental was the 17th and removal was completed as scheduled on the 18th, resulting in the one day extension fee.
I was holding the spot on the street for the dumpster to arrive; however once they arrived they didnt even bother to contact me to let me know they were here. They just saw my car infront, and just left. I was charged $200 for their time. what a scam. i cost them no time to simply call and say they've arrived. in the end this company will lose money and a customer for something so petty. i still need the service but will not be using this company.
