We had an issue; however, Budget Dumpster, Made It Right
We ran into an issue with the dumpster placement, as it was positioned too close to the wall, making it impossible to open the door for proper loading However, after sharing our frustration Budget Dumpster reached out to us and offered a solution, providing us with half off our next rental as a way to make up for the inconvenience. The swing door opened in the correct direction. Delivery came on the date requested. Brandon also followed up to be sure that the dumpster was delivered smoothly.
