It took over a week with no response on my warranty claim. I emailed to inquire on it, and was informed the next day the item was shipping. As of today, USPS tracking shows it with a label created, and not having shipped.

Sorry your so frustrated. We did inform you that warranty claims take 7 to 10 business days to process. You filed a claim Oct 29th. It was approved and processed 6 business days later on Oct 6th at 8:30AM. The package was ready for pick up no later then Friday. Friday the USPS failed to do a pick up. We ran everything to the post office ourselves this morning.
