The latch is on my cooler broke and they replaced them. No questions asked by showing them the pictures. Really like all the Canyon Coolers that I have. Hoping the rope handles will be warranty as well.

I have owned my canyon cooler for years…. Use it all year round. It is just a work horse. First issue after those years of use, was a broken latch. Just a few minutes on the web site, and a new latch is on the way Thank you!!!!

I had no problem finding the item that I was looking for. The checkout process was easy. Shipping cost was fair. I just hope I get my item quickly. I'm a little nervous because I read after the purchase that you use FedEx and they sometimes have an issue delivering to my USPS P.O. Box. I wish I had the postal service as an option instead. So I hope I actually receive it in good time.
