Went out on a limb and ordered a mule30 without actually seeing one in person. Great build quality. Very nice cooler. Telescoping handle is decent. Could be a little more sturdy. Wheels,hinge,and latches are very nice. Well made. Not sure about ice retention yet sing it is December in ohio but suspect it to perform great. Website could be a little clearer on accessories as I had to call to find out if a basket would fit.

Wilard, Thanks for the great review. That cooler is a slightly older model but it is so over insulated be sure to pre cool for best results. Our employees and super fans seem to really like this particular cooler. I like it most for hotel room travel myself. I can just throw luggage on top of it and roll it to the room. So Far So Good!
I am awaiting arrival of my new Canyon Cooler. The purchasing and ordering experience has been great. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I was looking for. Since Canyon is partnered with SHOP, the actual transaction was flawless and fantastic. I am waiting for the cooler to arrive to see if the product is equally as good as the process.
Quality w/competitive pricing 22qt & 35qt
Web site was easy to navigate, prices were very competitive, the inside dimensions/outside dimensions didn’t allow for wasted space when packing (very important) compared to the other brands, & a very solid design. When mine arrived, the Canyon label fell off, due to a shipping issue I assume. I contacted the manufacturer & received an immediate response and a new label was sent. It just seems that all of the boxes were checked off with the Canyon. The coolers are probably an overkill for my use, but I see these being around forever.

I ordered 5 coolers and was billed so, however only 1 was shipped. nobody reached out to me or ever tried to make it right until i called. not consolation prize, no apology, just ship my remaining 4 coolers.

Best coolers out there. I have 3 of them
Canyon vers YEDI
I've been using YEDI cooler for over twenty years and have put a 145qt older sherpa cooler to work with doing 18 Grand Canyon trip of 16 to 23days. Early on the YETI worked fine and was the best cooler on the market at the time. As time pass by and more rivers explored the lid warped and lost a percentage of its seal! I know the new Tundra quality is much better now over the Sherpa but I through I would try your cooler out for a change because of the product design, and it looks very solid and I'm hoping the lid latch's hold up under extreme use? I have worked with Canyon REO with many of my Grand Canyon trips and have used there very large coolers already packed with our frozen foods. Have you provided them with your Coolers? Dennis, We are proud to service the vast vast majority of the various Grand Canyon outfitters and guide companies. Canyon REO is one of the rare few we don't. Donny, their founder had an issue with a long gone company called Galaxy Coolers and confused me with them. I should probably extend an olive branch especially with his son running things now. The website was easy to navigate to find what I wanted. It would be great to have more photos of people with the coolers though. It would be easier to judge the size of them. I was looking at the 22 qt but I couldn't really judge how big/small it was until I dug around and found one. It would be great to see the strap on that in action. It was hard to see it in the one photo I found.
