Malone was wonderful! I had to rebook this flight earlier because my father recently passed. When I called to have my credit card run through again, he caught that I used a last name other than what is currently on my ID, picked the requested aisle seats for me, and made sure my card went through. Capital One thought the purchase may have been fraudulent because I don't normally make purchases so big.
I have to tell you everine I talked to today really made me feel like they cared about me. It's been a sad and stressful time Md it was nice to have their support today.
