Fx, ask 200$for airline ( when I ask the Airline, they said no cancel fee, that is mean the CheapTickets are cheating and tricking) and aother 138$ administration fee ( I checked on website should be 125$ ) Anyway, they are more like robber and you just like talk to a robot.

Cheap tickets really give a competitive price for the airline tickets and that’s the main reason why I selected it. However, the ticket processing took longer than I expected. Also the surcharge for some payment method (I.e. Mastercard) is unreasonable

When I was book the flight ticket and unfortunately activated some services. After l check the ticket and know about it. I requested to the customer care. But, they said once actives and can’t be refunded. The service only belongs to when travel in plane and suppose to be deactivate (if customer request) but they don’t want it. So, future try improve and help support the traveller. Everyone made mistakes. Hope they will understand. Lost it almost $100
On 6th July, I made a flight booking for Vietnam Airlines. Booking under this email address But it did not go through as it requested for an OTP (One Time Password) Our Local Sim Card was deactivated, thus we did not receive the OTP code. Thus, we did not complete the transaction. Subsequently, we booked another flight for Singapore Airlines. Using my partners card from another bank and Mastercard and the transaction was successful. We thus when on with the flight. On 17th July when checking my transaction history. I am being charged the flight for the Vietnam Airlines one. I instantly called your hotline. I was being reprimanded on why I only decided to call 10 days after the flight. In my defense, how would I know if I did not even send in the OTP for that flight? At the same time, at that instant, we did not straight away receive the booking confirmation as well. I then called my bank, they advise me that this was not a secure transaction and would file a fraudulent charge claim with the agency. They now say that they cannot refund because its a different airline. This website gives so much excuses. It is not credible. Beware when you share your bank details. Their payment pathway is unsecure and fradulant.

In relation to my booking of the flight ticket with the reference number CHK-6409103, I expressly did not select or add the ticket guarantee option of HK$ 257.67. The item breakdown before online payment also did not include the air ticket guarantee fee mentioned. The total price of three round-trip air tickets between Sydney and Cairns (HK$4,350.90) including taxes and fees (HK$617.10) is HK$4,968.00. However, after submitting the payment online, the total bill received was HK$5,225.67, which included the air ticket guarantee fee (HK$257.67) that I did not purchase, which did not match the price displayed in the total payment submitted before my confirmation. Therefore, I did not confirm the payment authorization code issued to me by HSBC. However, CheapTickets.hk still continued to make related wrong transactions. I totally unaccept it and make me feel like a fraud! ! ! !
The poor design of the booking website has the option to purchase additional insurance at each stage of the whole booking process. I thought I had already unchecked the option, and even double confirmed the total price did not include the insurance cost before I keyed in the credit card details. However I was still charged S$436 for the unwanted insurance. After highlighted the issue to customer service team, the standard reply i received is always: "Thank you for your email. I checked your reservation: CSG-5574192, as you have been told several times, the Ticket Insurance is not refundable. Thank you for understanding." It is indeed very poor service recovery. It seems your company is not keen to improve customer experience at all and does not have any other form of compensation for the unpleasent experience an angry customer went throught.
Don't book flight ticket from this platform. Unethical manner. The condition of ticket is unchangeable which is not clearly shown. It asked you to pay for premium service package for nothing. You cann't change your flight date anyway. Very disappointed!! never use this service anymore.
Website said credit card charging is free except Unionpay but it still charged HKD58 on my Mastercard. If you continue trying to make money by cheating like this, I will never use this site again and will always discourage others to use. By the way I don’t need your flight voucher because I will not come back to your website.

I received an automated email from your website that I required visa for travel. I called up your agent for enquiry and received very bad customer service, he hang up on me when he refused to serve me after explaining and I couldn’t get the right facts as he was so impatient and harsh. Is the first time ever I received such an ill treatment from a customer agent! Ridiculous.
