I booked first time 10 days ago, you had charged my money but it wasn’t successful. You took my money for about a week. When I had money back, I booked again but the ticket price increased 12.5%. On the top of that, I could not find the good option for luggage but what I got is carry on baggage is not allowed and even no option to buy it. Please improve the service and options to be better. The tricks I have not been told that the seat selection price is not charged directly by the airlines , but by cheaptickets.com with more expensive price. Other online travel agencies will tell the customers to purchase seat choice from the airlines after the ticket is issued. The way that cheaptickets.com does is tricky. The tricky way also includes ticket guarantee option. it is automatically included in the ticket price. It may give the impression to the customer that it is compulsory. I appreciate that cheaptickets.com usually offers cheaper ticket price and quite user friendly. In fact I have been using it for many years already. But I think honesty is also very important. I find there are more tricks found on the website as time goes by. It is not very good. For example, I recommended my friend to book ticket with cheaptickets.com last time. He had chosen Emirates to Istanbul. When he continued the booking, the website popped up different kind of insurances . He eventually purchased Airhelp. Later he found out Airhelp only covers EU flights.
