I was not able to pay by debit card ( MasterCard ) which is free hence I had to pay by credit card with a 725 Thai Baht fee! I booked outside office hours so the helpdesk was unavailable!!!

My sur name has two words and i gave a space between them as in my passport, but the ticket booked has no spaces in between my sur names. now i have to face the procedure to edit the ticket details which would be costing me aroung 80$ (sgd). i need a solution from your side.

Best price across all websites but user-experience is so-so. I was unable to make an order with my phone and had to switch to the PC to complete the order. In addition, the confirmation email wasn’t sent automatically after the order. I requested it on the website an hour after the order and it sent two copies of everything to me. One useful function of the website was the +/- 3 days price function.
Overall good experience
I got very competitive price. Website was very easy to navigate and whole process of buying tickets was smooth. Only one think I didn’t like was the time I had to wait for the actual ticket - it was in within given time frame (24h) but wasn’t constant/ very quick like on some other websites.

Due to sudden changes of Japanese Authority policy, they announced no direct straight flight from Hk to Sapporo on 27 Dec, and I bought another sets of tickets with 1 more stop over on Korea on your web on 28 Dec immediately while I am still having an original set of straight flight from Hong Kong airlines bought on 13 Dec, pending from Hong Kong airlines latest updates. However, Japanese Authority announced seconds news on 29 Dec that they allow straight flight again from Hong Kong to Sapporo given all passengers/ services agents are proved to not stay in mainland china for past 7 days. I finally get confirmation from Hk airlines on 29 Dec, my original flight will be resumed to normal now. So, I sincerely request to help us to cancel the new ticket sets bought from your web with free cancellation, hope you could understand my dilemma situation. Look forward to your reply soon. I have sent an email to your cs email address, but I am still waiting for your reply now.
