No email of ticket, message given saying 24 hours processing but the e-ticket was not sent to email

Buying the ticket was smooth enough. The price was slightly cheaper than the airlines website. But please be aware if you buy a ticket with this agency - You will NOT be able to select your seats more than 24 hours before the flight. Emails will be in Thai language only - even for non-Thai customers.

I don’t know if this is a bug or emailing issue but i have not received my eticket after the 24 hour period said on your message. Pretty fast booking and cheap options but the delay is the only issue i have so far
