Shocking hidden charges
Appalling that I was charged before I even started submitting the visa and it wasn't until 8 days later, when I received the final invoice detailing what had been taken from my account, that I saw I have been charged twice what the website stated. The total invoice was almost £500 for a service that was little different from what I would have got for £20 if I had gone direct. Absolutely no excuse for these hidden charges

CIBT was easy to deal with and when I was stumped by certain requirements, they responded promptly. Quick support and quick turnaround with my visa. The only downside was that the service seemed pricey...I was surprised, but paid.

I applied for a Canadian ETA through…
I applied for a Canadian ETA through this agency and received horrible service. It took 9 days (!!!) during which they were not able to provide any feedback on why it's taking so long. After losing all hope to get support from this agency I just applied myself 2 days before my flight and got my ETA approved within a couple of hours. EXTREMELY incompetent

Poor communication & execution - Missed International Travel
Poor communication and execution, extremely frustrating to work through this visa process. Did not give anything close to premium service, which we purchased. Alina, our rep, was hard to reach and didn't view or reply to emails in a timely manner - to the point that I had to continue to reach out by phone to ask them to read and follow up on my emails. There is no weekend help line for emergency assistance. Do not recommend. Passport was returned late and flight was missed! We were notified of the shipping date and tracking number for an overnight package; it was never shipped on the date stated. We were issued a new tracking number and ship date three days later which meant the international flight was missed. This flight being the whole reason why we utilized this service in the first place.

Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor, they submitted first time without my wife’s photograph due to negligence, application was rejected have to pay twice because of CIBT Mistake to get UK ETA. I don’t recommend this company

Online experience not brilliant
Online experience not brilliant, followed all the prompts and paid the fees on 15/1/2026. Heard nothing so chased on 6/3/2026 to find that my information had been dumped and I had to complete the process again. Direct contact with the visa teams was excellent and the visa’s were back to me by 15/3/2026, very professional and helpful staff.

Miss Karina Narvaez was amazing!!! She assisted me every step of the way during the process. This was my first time securing a Visa for travel and she made the process very simple and easy. Though there were some challenges on my end that had to be resolved, Miss Narvaez was very patient with me. My service consultant (Mei Miller) was Outstanding
My service consultant (Mei Miller) was absolutely fantastic. I had a unique situation where I applied for my Chinese Visa with an Embassy outside the US. I could not cancel it so that I could move forward with the US embassy and Mei stepped in and solved this problem hands on and got my visa issue 2 weeks prior to my trip. She was professional, patient to listen and developed a game plan to get this done. She was very responsive and stayed positive during the process which allowed me to stay calm. I truly appreciate her effort in this.....

Process was straightforward
Process was straightforward, passport arrived quickly, employer paid the fee. Had to fill out the same info on 6 pages, would love if that could’ve been prefilled, but maybe not an option through my employer. Received communication the whole way, but did get an email telling me it was on the way, after I received it (a little funny).

I have been using CIBT mostly for visas for the travelers I support at my company. I have used them for many, many years and never had any issues. All deadlines were met. The process is as easy as can be and the support / response time whether virtual or over the phone is exemplary. Many assistants in my company use CIBT as well and would describe them as the most reliable expediter. I have also used CIBT for passports and the experience was flawless.

Have been using them for many years now. They can be quite expensive for certain visas, but they do the work and details are on file for next time so you don't have to keep filling out forms online. E-Visas for business are very quick otherwise they can be up to two weeks if there are no complications.

Incredibly poor service for Viet visa so beware
Incredibly poor service for a business that charges 3x what the actual visa cost. My visa came the night of my flight out (over 3 weeks from my submission with CIBT) . I ended up having to pay another $300 and process two brand new applications and get the fast tracked expedited service for them to be processed in 4 hours. I am so incredibly disappointed. I was given the website from FCM who I use for work and will definitely be passing this feedback onto them. Not good enough and never again will I use this service.
