The target device becomes noticeably sluggish within hours of installation - apps take longer to open, scrolling becomes choppy, and the overall user experience degrades significantly. For a product that claims to run discreetly in the background, it's remarkably intrusive on device performance. Perhaps most damning is the catastrophic battery drain. The monitored device goes from lasting a full day to needing charging by mid-afternoon. This completely defeats the supposed "stealth" nature of the app - when a phone's battery life suddenly plummets, it's obvious something is running constantly in the background. The product is good when it works. However, in my case, it stops working every 2-3 days. I had to reinstall for it work, but problem kept happening. So i wasn't able to use the product. They refused to give refund despite the fact that their technical support couldn't fix the problem. Their response is go to your bank and get a charge back!! Ultimately they gave a 50% refund and i am left with a product that doesn't work Edit: i always wondered what will happen when they ask you for the order number and you send it to them. Well, now i know. Nothing...
