I am a VIP member and puchase frequently from this company. I recently had an issue and it was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I will add, their customer service is second to none. The product is top of the line and always as advertised. I will be a lifelong customer. I would like to thank Nicole, for providing excellent customer service.
I had ordered a second round of shirts…
I had ordered a second round of shirts that didn't fit the same way as the first one the previous summer. I exchanged them for the same size to make sure I wasn't crazy, and nope, I wasn't. I then tested one of the shirts a size smaller, before I sent back both. It fit much better. This is where it got challenging. The last exchange then fell out of the return process the system normally can handle. It's more of a technology glitch than a customer service issue. Monique on the CS team stayed with me over the duration with a manual return, having a difficult time finding it once it was returned, and ultimatley issued me a credit, because I wanted the shirt! Shout out to Monique and being patient and staying with it, and me, every step of the way.
Customer Service & Quality are trash
Customer Service & Quality are both awful. First, let's start with this cheap, made in China, shirt. The collar is a stiff yet thin piece of cardboard that feels terrible around the neck. It feels and sounds like the cardboard you see in department stores to keep the shape of the shirt while sitting on the shelves. Collars & Co should be embarrassed charging $88 for a shirt that lasts for 1 wear. If you plan on washing these shirts, don't bother. Just toss them in the trash. The shirt went from a small to a large after being stretched out in the wash. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! But if you still feel the need to try these shirts, then prepare to wait for weeks for delivery. I placed an order for 5 shirts. I received an email saying the shipping label had been created, & also given a tracking number. Well, for the next 5 days, I proceeded to login to see the status of the package and it never moved. Customer Service is non existent. They respond once in a blue and when they do, they don't even answer my questions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE.
2 shirts as Father’s Day gift
I was given 2 shirts as a gift for Father’s Day, I wore the first one right away, perfect fit. But didn’t try the 2nd one for 3-4 weeks later. It didn’t fit, i emailed Collars & Co and after communicating with Monique a few times, she handled everything and a new shirt is on its way. Thank you Monique!
Polo shirts look nice, but beware of collar
The polo shirts look nice and fit decent. But, you have to enjoy wearing fabric-covered cardboard around your neck if you buy these. Wasn't very comfortable around neck area at all. Doubtful I'll buy anymore.

I took advantage of the July 4th…
I took advantage of the July 4th promotion which was extended to July 8th which included a free quarter zip. When the shipment arrived, the promotional quarter zip was missing. After connecting with Monique, she displayed top customer service skills by listening to my feedback and addressed it to my satisfaction. I purchased 4 polos and are very happy with the items. I will buy more products from this company.

Love the product! But I have to praise Ashley on the customer service team! I had an issue that required quick correction and she went above and beyond. Kept me informed of every step and resolved it quickly and efficiently. I was concerned that there was no customer service number but I used email and the response was very quick and everything was handled seamlessly. Customer for life, don't hesitate to order, you will love them!

Wow!!! Customer Service is Amazing!!
My husband just placed his first order and was in between sizes so ordered larger size. Well, he needed the smaller size. I emailed the company to get direction on how to exchange for new size. They responded immediately and gave me clear directions. They also honored a 20% off code that my husband didn't apply for first time orders. They were so kind and quick to respond. What great customer service!!! All companies should aspire to this.
