Great support and customer service. My order included a free quarter zip sweater because my purchased qualified for a free gift. The sweater order was separate from the main order and I had not received it weeks after receiving the main order. I contacted support. Things moved quickly after that. The sweater was on back order. Monique was very responsive and offered to let me select another item or wait for the sweater. I elected to get another item and the order was placed immediately. After Monique got involved it resolved in one day. Great customer service from Monique and C&C.

I have purchased numerous shirts for my husband and was thrilled with all of them but sadly the last batch I ordered for Father’s Day were made in China, the quality of the fabric was inferior and the shirts were sewn incorrectly around the shoulders. I’m so bummed because I loved the color of both. I have photos of the obvious imperfections of the last batch that I think would be helpful. I hope it was just the last two orders and not all Collars shirts. Please let me know either way so I will know whether or not to order more. Please let me know where I can send a photo of the imperfections.

Very disappointed in the quality of…

Very disappointed in the quality of their products - especially for the price they charge. I bought a black short sleeve polo and it fits like a Frankenstein shirt. The tailoring is bad and the fit of the sleeves is disjointed. I would not buy from them again.

Terrible response time

Terrible response time. I received the wrong size and it’s been a part time job following up with the dumb answers from this company.

Polos

I saw these shirts advertised and bought them for the three men in my life for their birthdays. One thought he may have to get used to the stiffness of the collar but overall, they loved the polos and feel of the material.

We placed 2 separate orders yesterday as congratulatory gifts for our sons who both started new jobs. They are so excited to get their new shirts. I made a mistake on one of the orders and reached out to customer service about it. I had interactions with Charlotte and Monique - they were both very helpful and went above and beyond to correct my mistake!

I’ve bought polo shirts from just about every brand, and nothing even comes close to these. The fit is perfect—tailored around the arms and chest without feeling tight. They’re incredibly lightweight and comfortable, yet still polished enough to wear under a suit or sport coat. These have quickly become my go-to polos. I already own seven of them, and I can’t wait for more colors to be released!

Never have I ever been allowed to purchase the same item twice and it not be in inventory. I reached out to your company and was informed if item is showing available try to purchase it again and for the second time order was canceled. How difficult is it to mark item out of stock.

I've been waiting on customer support to respond to my question about an issue i have with a recent purchase. I sent 3 emails with no follow ups and a chat bot request that never responded. This is terrible service from an online brand. I've purchased in the past and this is giving me great pause to purchase again if I don;t feel there is basic and proper support.
