This watch is garbage. I purchased one for each of my two children, and both have been nothing but trouble. They constantly lose connection and require multiple resets just to function again. The tracking feature is especially bad and it fails to update more than 50% of the time. What’s the point of a tracking watch if the tracking doesn’t work?
I tried reaching out to customer service, hoping for some help. Instead, I got a recorded message saying their employees were off for a holiday on 1/24. I’m not sure what holiday that’s supposed to be, but okay. I called again on 1/25 and received the same message. No live support, no help, nothing.
I genuinely don’t understand how this product has so many positive reviews. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend steering clear. I’ll be taking full advantage of their 30-day return policy.
I purchased a Kids Watch and service plan from Cosmo Technologies. The service has never functioned—there has been zero network usage since activation, making the paid service unusable.
In addition, the watch itself was defective and broke in under two months of normal use, indicating poor build quality.
Customer support is largely inaccessible, relying on AI with no clear path to a human. After extensive effort, I eventually spoke with a representative named Leo. I requested:
A refund for the remaining 8 months of unused service
A replacement for the defective watch
Both requests were denied. I also requested, at minimum, a refund for the unused service period, which was denied as well.
I paid for a functioning device and active service, neither of which were provided.
This watch has been so useful for my little 4 year old brother. We walk to the park down the street and he’ll use the Spotify app or text our mom just to check it. It has GPS and dependable coverage.
Great starter watch for my daughter. We actually had to use the tracking feature a few times, just to make sure she was at the location she was supposed to be at.
I would recommend this watch for kids under the age of 15.
If you are looking for a watch for your kids this is the best option, it has a lot of features and your kid can feel included. I know my kid will love this watch for Christmas!
JrTrack nailed it with this product that ensures your child will always have their smartwatch on them so communication is always available. I like that it doesn’t have internet or games so they arnt glued to the smartwatch all day.
So glad I pulled the trigger and got this watch for my kiddo! He had expressed wanting to walk the couple of blocks home from school, but he was also feeling a little uncertain without a way to reach me. My husband and I thought a Cosmo watch would be the perfect balance of useful while still being a minimal exposure to screens for my son. He already seems more confident doing day-to-day tasks (including walking the short distance home). He is mildly on the spectrum, and being able to catch the time and set timers is SO helpful for him to stay on task. So is setting restrictions on messaging/calling during school hours and quiet time at home. Lastly, he loves having streaming music access! This could occupy him for hours if I allowed him to use it that much. :P He feels so independent and capable with his new watch, and I love seeing him like this. I hope he continues to embrace his new gadget!
I gave this watch to my niece and she loves it. She wears it to school and I’m able to track her when she’s at school overall I would recommend this watch 10/10
I just received my product it came on time and tracking my order was simple and great the packaging was also great and the delivery was handled with much care. I like how easy it is to order from this company I would definitely recommend this to others.
Jr track 5 watch love it . Very easy to manage talk text my son loves it only thing it does die fast but that’s the only con I’d have to say. Everything else is perfect for the age that my son is and u pick who u want to have on the contacts list . Gps on point as well.
Great watch it helps my kids learn more and helps me keep them focused and motivated to want to keep learning. It’s also waterproof so it’s perfect because they’re pretty messy.
This product was not only beneficial for me but my kids as well. I love that I can keep an eye on my children and track them wherever they go while they are outside. I love the new version especially the updates.
