Danielle helped me navigate a tough situation. One of the guests could no longer make the cruise so I needed to change the name on the booking. She made it super easy and was patient with me. There was a $50 name change fee but that's better than losing out on the cruise. Thank you again Danielle!

Janrey was great. I explained that my prices had changed after I booked and I showed proof. It seems like there was an issue between NCL and Cruise Direct when I booked. Janrey got on with NCL and figured it out and we came to a reasonable agreement. Great customer service!
