John was our chat agent who made everything work out. We had booked a SR room deck 14 but there was a slide right by our balcony so he was able to move us to starboard side same type room balcony but no slide in our face! We didn't have to wait long to chat. It took hima minute to find this room though because we were so close to cruise date but he came through for us! We also got a better rate with cruise direct.

However, after talking to Mr.John F CRUISE DIRECT, we finalized to book our Cruises ,Voyages of the Seas with Royal 8 days Mexico cruises on October 22/2026 from LAX with Mr. John F. John Marlo Feliciano, Cruise Direct Cruise Advisor is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient and brought that cruise fare down, plus added all the bells and whistles and snagged a dedicated Deck 16 balcony cabin, too! Ask for him if you can. Otherwise, I think I’ll use Cruise Direct for all my future cruise plans. Too bad they’re not available in the hotel and airfare consolidator business, too.
