Canadians First time booking with Direct Line Cruises
We have JUST booked for the first time on Direct Line Cruises. It seemed to have given us extra perks that we didn't get with vacations to go who I usually look at, but that might have been because we caught them at a special flash sale they were doing. We called during off hours and got the most pleasant AI. The call was returned in the morning with a very pleasant agent, who helped us pick the best cabin for us. We did need to call because the website didn't take our payment . The website was also a bit annoying because we had to keep putting in our ages and our country each time we looked at a different sailing. I don't know if that's because I missed something on how to use the website or if it is just a truly annoying aspect of the website. Also, we wanted to book the insurance but were not able to because we are in Canada, I was under the impression that Vacations to go would have let us book the insurance, but I don't believe that is Direct Lines fault as it is a condition of the insurance and our agent gave us the phone number to call the insurance company. So far it has been a pleasant experience, I will come back on after the cruise to review how the follow up service is, if I need it, with Direct Line Cruises.
