So far so good! Booked easily on website, they are very responsive to email. As they are a travel agent, I was disappointed that they could not make reservations for my specialty dining, but they are able to help reserve times for my time dining so that is helpful. The onboard credits also were a nice touch

Returning cruiser
Booked a cruise through Direct in 2025 from Italy to Greece and Turkey. Everything went very well, no issues. Just used them again to book our latest cruise. We intend to use them from now on.
