I have been buying wheelchair parts, tires, innertubes, ROHO cushions, etc. from DME Hub for many years. Service has always been great. My last purchase was for a replacement custom cushion cover for my wife. Tanya, worked diligently over the course of several weeks with a difficult vendor to finally get the cushion cover order and delivered. An outstanding job.

USPS took forever to delivery my item. DEM is great, but the delivery service is the problrm.

I did get my gel seat cover. Just what I needed. The address was wrong, thank goodness Fedx called and got it straightened out. The tracking number did not work. But in spite of all this I got my package.
