I was told I would get a refund of $43.20. I have yet to receive, after I had to argue with you that I did not place a 2nd order.

Girls craft project, with 3 nesting stars.

I am planning on doing a girls craft project. I looked all over for these 3 wooden nesting stars. Thought these might be perfect. They are fabulous! We may spray paint some and leave some natural. Prompt shipping, within a little over a week.

Needs a better and more cost effective return policy

The comforter set arrived very quickly and was very beautiful, however the grays did not match my decor. I sent an email explaining the situation and a few days later was given a return acceptance email. This is the part that blew my mind. When I packaged everything back up nicely and took it to UPS I was charged $92 to ship it back I have never had to pay anywhere near that much to return an item. I previously had to return another comforter that didn’t work out ( it’s very hard to tell from an internet picture and we do not have many home stores where I live ) to JC Penney’s and was sent a return label. I was charged $8. I suggest a better return policy. And now it has been several weeks with no email or communication of any kind that this company has received my return or when I will get my refund. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Sometimes they take longer than expected, however, in an effort to not make you wait any longer we have moved forward and issued the full refund. Updated Review / Late Delivery

4/25/2024 Update on Review: eBedding4you has promptly taken care of my situation and has made resolve with refunding my money. I feel very confident in this company now to reorder from and refer friends to. Late Delivery, time frame for refunds and exchanges I didn't get the merchandise when promised. It was delivered very late 11 days after I ordered it. It was delivered after I left for vacation and now they don't want to give me an exchange for the items. Not happy with how you have to communicate or their time frame to return or exchange merchandise.
