Bought an Etravelsim for the UAE for unlimited usage over 7 days. To my utter shock, was getting less than 0.1mb speed at 30 minutes of use.
I emailed the support team who calmly sent this response “ As checked high speed data has been consumed for the day and it will renew after midnight.As per Fair Usage policy there is 1GB high speed data per day and after that speed reduces which you can use unlimited and high speed data will renews after midnight.”
WTF!!!

I purchased two eSIMS’s from eTravelsim.com for my 1 month Europe adventure.
They offered the best country coverage for the price which included Turkey which is one of my destinations.
After purchasing I received the QR codes in minutes.
I by my mistake deleted one of the eSIM’s and contacted their support team who replied in less than 2 minutes to assist me. After 5 minutes a new eSIM was installed on my phone. I highly recommend this company as the speed of delivery and support is exceptional. Will be using them again on my next adventure 100%.

We’re planning a 16-day trip from Stockholm, Sweden to Dublin, Ireland, starting on October 30th, 2024, and ending on November 14th. We’ll be driving our motorhome from Stockholm to Norway and then flying to Dublin. We’ve been using EtravelSim’s eSIM, and we’re really impressed. Not working at the begining but then issue resolved
I installed the esim and followed all the instructions but I don't have Internet for more than 12 hours since I arrived at my destination.
The support service takes a lot of time to answer and did not help until now.
Edit : they resolved the issue and I now have Internet after 15 hours.

I have problems with installation, it doesn't work.
Unreasonably they are asking me to wait to get to my destination to try to install again, but then it is pointless to have an esim...
I asked for a refund and they said it would only be refunded once I try again in my destination.

One day after I opened my complaint here, they contacted me and fixed my problem giving me a new E-sim which worked.
I am giving 4 stars as in the first day I talked to two people who didn't want to solve the problem therefore I spend a lot of time trying to explain them and show what was wrong and they just told me it would work later somehow.
It ended up that it didn't work, but they gave me a new E-sim, so my problem was fixed after some stress.

The service is not consistent, sometime takes up to 30 min to connect to internet. A lot of times it is dialup speed. We are in Fort Lauderdale, FL not some country side. Definitely do not recommend this for traveling to the US.
FOLLOW-UP: the support team "reset" the service a few times with the same results. All the telecom companies jn the area offers the same service.

Installed easily but had a problem with activation, the help on WhatsApp solved the issue for me but I think that someone less technological won't be able to solve this problem.

Bought a esim for Turkey and not working, should restart phone to have a minute or two of data. And again. Useless for my opinion. Using a Samsung s23 ultra if that makes any difference

This was my first try with a travel esim. It was a huge disapointment. Speed is very slow, it cuts out downloads in half, cuts out using hotspot there's nothing you can do smoothly. The speed test marks 5gbit at máx but when you actually use it, is always less than 1gb. This is not throtheling, this is stranguling. Never again.
