I tried this place and tried all the settings they suggested but didn't work on the same day I purchased. They said they'll refund the money paid in 7 business days.
This never happened. I then had to contact PayPal for assistance. They also reached out to them without a response. It then took about another 2 weeks before the case deadline so I could finally get back my money,
Never again with this place.
As an update, after their sim didn't work I purchased one with Mobimatter and it worked immediately without issue.

It didn’t work on my Apple iPhone 14 at all. I ask for refund and they will do it from 5-7 days. But I have waiting for over 2 weeks.
This place and product is scam
Plus they take 5 euro or 3% away after refund.

They took money from twice and still didn’t receive recharge on our e sims. Our working esims we’re shut off by them . They told us that we made a mistake, but everything was correct and in we have our e-mail history to back it up. They victimized us for 1 month. We had to explain the whole incident from scratch every time we talked with still no solution found. Last time they asked us for 1 week, but now they don't respond via WhatsApp. Even though we paid our money, we did not receive what we had paid for and they offered to give us new numbers, but we wanted our existing numbers to continue, which is what should happen. It is surprising that a large company is so weak in communication channels and cannot solve such a simple issue.

SIM card didn’t work. Support were utterly useless. Kept asking me the exact same questions like “what was the error message” I’d tell them and then they’d ask for a screenshot. Then they wanted the ICCID number, I’d tell them and they’d want a screenshot so I sent a screenshot. Told me to try disable my current sim, I told them I removed it from the device and tried the eSIM, then they told me to try removing the physical sim from the device despite me having literally just told them I’d tried that. I told them I already had and sent them the error message screenshot, then they asked me what error message I got so I said the same as before, then they said “plz tell us the error message” so I had to type it out for the fourth time. They kept typing like children, using “plz”
Just an endless loop of asking for a refund, being asked for the error message, being sent new SIM cards and being asked for information about my device.
Had to do a bank chargeback in the end and bought from Airalo which worked fine.

I bought an unlimited 7 days plan, and it was absolutely horrible.
I ordered a 2gb plan first and it was good, the speed was always at least 100mbps, but with the unlimited one I was getting 7mbps for 2 days and then 0.2mbps which is honestly a joke..
I was travelling and ordered the plan to make sure I can continue working on the go but you can't even load emails with how slow it is.
I contacted support and they resolved the issue. I was no longer getting speeds of 0.1-0.2 mpbs but the speed cap was still there. I was getting 100 mpbs on the limited plan, but only 6-7mbps on the unlimited one, which is a big difference and I think it should be mentioned on the product page.

E travel sim sold me a voice and data sim for the USA , the voice never worked and their support team promised to get back to me with a resolution several times but never did . Initially they refunded me less than 50% however a full refund was eventually given .

They are scammers, DO NOT TRUST!
When you want to buy eSIM their listing days “Unlimited Data” and in reality it is only 1GB/day, because it is capped. I asked for a fair refund but they refuse to do it.
Their reason is that, they mention information about limitation somewhere in the bottom on the listing. Why set title as “Unlimited data” if it is 1GB/day? Because they want to scam you.

I paid for a 6Gb plan for Egypt, and they sent a 2Gb esim card. I contacted to the customer service but they didn't do anything to solve the problem. The card also didn't work well in Egypt. Try another company if you are looking a good service while travelling to Egypt.

eSim in India didn't work. After a few rounds of discussion with support, we concluded it was the Jio provider's coverage issue and agreed to refund. That was over 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received the refund. Support was investigating the issue and now they stopped responding.

Don’t go with their unlimited plans. It’s like signing a shady contract, they mention there is a fair usage policy but it doesn’t state anywhere what this implies. After you put in your shopping bag, in very small letters it states there is a hard cap of 1gb per day, afterwards your data usage gets throttled. Well it gets throttled so badly that it’s unusable. Tried contacting customer service but no help.
It also claims 5G is available. It’s available for like 2 seconds and then it switches back to 4G. All in all very bad experience.
Do not buy from this company!!!

I disagree with the statement that you guys have delivered as stated on your website. The page claims I should reach data speeds which correspond with 5G/LTE. I just did a speedtest my speed reaches a 0.02mbps. Therefore this esim is completely useless once you hit the 1gb cap.

This is my second time posting my review as the first review I wrote did not go up.
I feel so strongly against this service that I had made sure my review was up and I am writing the review again to ensure people do not pay for this garbage eSIM.
I bought an unlimited data package for Hong Kong, china and Macau. After the 2nd day, cellular data speeds were at a crawl. I emailed the company and they replied this was due to “fair use” agreement.
OK. Let’s assume that’s true. However, I left for Malaysia for 5 days and didn’t use any of the HK data. When I returned to HK, the same issue. Crawling speeds. Just to click to review this POS service took me 5 min but it’s worth it to warn you NOT TO BUY THIS. SPEND YOUR MINEY ELSEWHERE!

Totally a scam. Bought an esim and it failed while installing from QR code, no response from support. Luckily I used PayPal so I could refund that purchase, but it was a huge waste of time, which is even more valuable than money.
I went to leave a review on their site which displayed so many positive reviews, and it didn't show up. After looking at it further I saw you can't even view their negative reviews on their site, so those positive reviews are very likely fake.
Do yourself a favour and choose a more professional company.
Edit: your team responded hours after I already had to refund my purchase (Which by the way was almost instant through PayPal dispute.. I guess that shows your reputation with them) and AFTER I posted this review. Also if what you say about reviews is true please link me to my negative review showing on your site.

I bought a 7 days unlimited package for Germany.
The first few hours all went well, but since 10am my speed has been so slow that it takes me several minutes to load each internet page. Restarting the phone (and even changing phone) didn't change anything.
And yet I've only used 4 GB in 24 hours.

Refund is not convenient unless you write a review to expose them
I bought the service but my phone wasn’t compatible. That’s my fault cause I didn’t read before to buy. But at the moment of the refund request, I have to pay a fee which I don’t find fair, also because it is against the European law when you buy online. the company didn’t want to listen. It is extremely hard to to read the whole terms and conditions of everything we buy online.
