Easy-Peazy
So far a great tent, easy one person pop up and down, everyone around me was curious how easy it was and who made it, after they struggled with theirs.
Overall Experience
Placing the order and delivery went smoothly. I like that I was able to get replacement parts!! However, the reason I had to get replacement parts in the first place is why I’m giving three stars. I dropped more money on an E-Z up to take to a festival (instead of buying another less expensive brand) because I value quality and reliability. There was high wind during the event and my E-Z up snapped but my friend’s “cheap” canopy right next to us survived without ANY damage. Moreover, their canopy packed up more compact. The size of the E-Z up when collapsed is inconvenient to transport. I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but part of me wishes I’d just saved my money.

Joshua is AMAZING! Expert knowledge and as kind as can be. I had an issue with a delivery and was about to miss a deadline and Joshua solved my problem above and beyond my expectations. I would love to have someone like him working for my company!
We stopped by E-Z Up last week to look…
We stopped by E-Z Up last week to look at a few options. Very nice facility with a showroom and it was cool to watch a few employees go through some training. Our salesman was Rob Short and he was very professional, informative, down to earth and didn't try to upsell us at all. He even worked through his lunch hour I mistakenly found out because he believes in customer service. This was very impressive and appreciated. We ended up going with a Vantage 10 x10 and its so much easier to open and pack back up than our original OG E-Z UP. Rob showed us a few tricks to makes things easier and they all worked. We also purchased an extra wall with a window and a solid wall too. We bought stakes too and they work much better that what we originally had. We also bought a wagon, corner shelf and a slip cover and it made our outing so much nicer and enjoyable. We love the product and its so nice to have the showroom so close by too. Rob our sales guy was patient and explained everything so well and is excellent at customer service. Thank you E-Z UP for the awesome products and great customer service....

It took a phone call to customer service to find a canopy to fit our old frame (the model isn't made anymore) but you did, and it fits well.

The product is consistently good
The product is consistently good. The company is always improving it's products but maintains an inventory of parts & accessories for most older canopies. Their warranty is the best! Customer service is good.
Carring case stitching
the first time I used the EZuUP two weeks ago, bag ripped by the top handle. It looks like bad stitching...not enough fabric for a good stitch.....so I am disappointed.
