I love the ez up products. My only complaint about this purchase is , I was supposed to get 3 walls with mt 10x10 and only got two of them.
Edit response: I have not received a call from customer service regarding my issue, it has been 3 days. Looking forward to hearing from someone soon. I should probably explain my love for ez up, I have purchased many canopies over the last 25 year’s between my job and coaching boys soccer. This is the first time I didn’t get exactly what I ordered, I am confident they will correct this issue and redeem the 5 star status they have always earned from my experience with them.

I ordered my custom print 10x20 1 month prior to a trade show I was attending. My order promise date was missed 1 week prior to me leaving. Upon reaching out to assure I recive it before I leave on the road, I was given run arounds and false information for 4 business days in a row from multiple associates. I was told each day that my product is shipping out that day but never did each one of those days. I was forced to drive out of my way to pick up my 10x20 custom print myself just before they close on the day I was leaving for my show. The final product was great and I have no complaints there but the customer service and experience was horrible. I chose to go with EZUP expecting a smooth transaction with them being a leading brand in the canopy industry. Unfortunately, I got the opposite experience.
Solid product, easy to set up and sturdier than some imitators. There were no instructions in the box even though another piece of paper said refer to the instructions.
Shipping was great and product arrived fine, but the quality compared to the last EZ up purchase is terrible. Too focused on simple up/down operation instead of longevity and only use velcro in corner to hold the top on. Also the picture showing the color looks dark dark grey, almost black but the canopy is light light grey like silver.
Expertly made product; wind resistant and waterproof. I like the reinforced seams. The only drawback is the cost. A new frame & canopy would not have cost much more. I prefer the old style that I have with metal button extension holds. My dogs won’t chew those.
This is an amazing product at a great price. We had easy setup and observed very durable construction. Absolutely recommend for people that like headroom in their tents. I was one that had very expensive REI tents for many years that you can't stand up in but this is the solution.
