Great product!
Was a little more difficult to setup than expected, but not hard at all. Very sturdy and gave great shade for our guests. Would definitely recommend.

For years I’ve been tying down my E-Z up to everything known to man. These sandbags make it so much easier and they are so easy to pack up and use.

Well, I got a EZ-up form a store it was missing a clip from the wheels. In the package it starts don't take back to store. I didn't. I had to go through 3 Reps, and multiple e-mails and a few phone call to get a warranty approved. I still didn't get the wheel clips I got the bag without wheel clips. So I just purchased the clips instead of going through rigamarole of trying to send the bag back and get what I needed.
Had an older model
Had an older model. They crossed it over and sent a perfectly fitting replacement top. Chat feature online made this a breeze.
Great Products and Service
I've been impressed with EZ-UP canopies for years, having used several of them for trade shows and parking lot demos. When I decided to start camping again, I purchased the large tent, and have since purchased a canopy and portable table. Always the best products that are easy to transport and use, always in stock, and very good customer service!

I was impressed that No. 1 - you can actually order parts. No. 2 How EZ it was to find exact parts and order them. No. 3 Ease of replacing parts. Proper Event Canopy
Having a proper event canopy is a much better experience at our Farmers Market. The slant leg camping pop up just wasn't doing it.

We’ve had an EZup canopy on our deck for at least 8 years. Your company is very easy to work with. From making recommendations to assisting us in choosing the right canopy for our needs. We’re very happy with the quality and the ease of putting it in place.
Very easy up and down, not so easy to pack up.
The new design click together in the top 10 x 10 pop-up goes up and down easily compared to the old design. Easy up I have used previously. Sliding the carrying case bag over it at the end of the day is a real pain. Another pop-up I own has a zipper from top to bottom that works much easier than having to slide this “sleeve“ down.

Beach 2024
Added the Patriot canopy to our collection, took it to the beach and it performed great. The Patriot and the Dome provided shade for around 16 people. The sandbags held them both in the sea breeze. Ez Up is the only canopy I will purchase.

The tent is great no issues there
The tent is great no issues there. The canopy broke on first use. If there is any wind at all the tent acts as a sail and will pull the frame inward.
Rolling bag has stress holes after one use.
The instructions could be easier to understand but I’m most disappointed in the carrying/rolling bag. The material already has tiny stress holes in it and I’ve used the canopy ONCE! Update: I received an email that EZ Up would contact me. To date, no contact. No surprise.
