My order was sent into production without my approval. The wrong tent arrived and I still have yet to receive any communication from EZ UP about the correct tents arrival.

Very well made, and heavy duty
Products were great quality. Ordered a tent and weight bags. Tent arrived as planned. Weight bags did not. I contacted customer service as I could see shipping label was printed but 2 weeks later had missed delivery. They very quickly addressed and noted that the shipper lost the order and they promptly reshipped the product. Arrived and very pleased with both product and service.
The new tent was easier to put up than my old one that I had had for many years. I liked the new material, also.

This Brand and product is very reliable, Trustworthy, and durable. I operate a cook-to-order brunch restaurant out of farmers markets around Houston TX, the vented tent is exactly what I was looking for. This tent allows me to cook on a propane griddle under the tent while staying out of the shade.
Updated Review: So I never received any reply via email for customer support so I figured my spouse could give it a shot. We had one correspondence where they confirmed which piece we needed and never heard anything back. Well today a replacement canopy showed up on my porch so here I am updating my review. Not the best at communication but they did honor my warranty and fix my problem. Thanks. Original Review: Canopy warped on second use. I've emailed customer support twice and haven't received a reply. Also never received a reply when I received the product and had a question about the order. Just buy an ozark trail I guess.

Company advertises being Pro-Grade, website implies tons of parts availability so that the investment can be maintained over its service life. However, company has pivoted to embrace the disposable theory of maintenance now. We have invested thousands of dollars into canopies for our facility, recently one of the tent frames was damaged during a wind storm before we could get it collapsed. It got picked up and landed on 2 of the legs at an angle that caused the legs to bend, which prevents the frame from being collapsed. The website shows parts available, with specific diagrams once you enter the model number. In this case the parts diagram shows multiple different parts of the frame being available to order for replacement, including a leg kit. However when you look for any of these parts, the only thing you find are entire assembled frames. Reaching out to customer service, just expecting it to be a website issue, and customer service confirms that they no longer sell individual parts for their units, only fully assembled frames. 'Because it makes it easier'. I was able to look up the leg kits to find their general pricing, despite them no longer being available, and they seemed to be around $50-75 depending on the specific model. The entire frame is $825+. I only need 2 of the leg kits to repair the damaged unit I have on hand. I don't need to throw what I have away and purchase a new one...that is NOT easier. 2 stars only because their products have held up to regular use quite well, but if I can't maintain the unit, I may as well just purchase from another vendor that either offers real serviceability or a significant cost savings and just budget to replace the units more often. As far as the "easier" bit goes, the leg sections are held in by Phillips head screws. I have assembled IKEA furniture that required more tools than replacing the legs on my canopy frame would require. It's just a blatant lie that not offering these parts is "Easier".
