I purchased a tent and after we put the top on it, it didn't fit in the bag. I called and they were supposed to send a bag it would fit in. 'they knew there was a problem with it. I still haven't received the new bag.

I wanted to thank Jazsmin Gunn and the EZ UP Company for excellent customer service and Jazmin for being so polite and helpful! They replaced the shade cover for our canopy. I don't even know how old it was and was prepared to buy another when I was told they would warranty it at no cost! We will buy ALL our shades from your company from now on and will tell our friends and family to do the same. Excellent company!!!
Easy ordering, ordered 2 by accident and costumer service fixed right way.
Seeing the vent in real life it has very little overlap with the main canopy and appears any wind at all will push rain through the vent opening. This is a deal breaker for me. Also since the vent can’t e closed there’s no point using my bug netting. The storage bag is a very tight fit for the assembled tent and wheels have to be assembled. They seem cheap as well. I’m very disappointed.
E-Z UP has great products and even better customer service. I had the opportunity to work with Joshua Murcray in a minor warranty issue with my 10'x10' canopy and quickly realized that they are carrying the torch of wonderful customer service and holding it up high. Thank you and I will be purchasing more E-Z UP canopies in the future for customer events.
The parts I ordered fixed my ezup that has been broken for several years.
I received excellent customer service. The part I needed was available and was received in a timely manner. Two of our 10x10 canopy arms were bent due to high winds.
Absolutely amazing customer service and product support. Guided me through what parts I needed to rebuild my Eclipse frame, got them to me fast, and now it’s good as new. Just awesome!!
What made my experience great is product quality and choice of products. We have been looking( and buying) the cheaper ones, finally buying a good one on ratings from other customers. Workmanship is ideal and is well put together.
Both Advantage tents shipped quickly. One of the tents was missing the axle for the bag wheels; I emailed customer service and they shipped a replacement the next day, awesome. Repeat customer, my original tents still work and look great after many years. Purchased new ones because I took my original ones to my house in Mexico. The quality of this tents cannot be matched.
Great company to work with, Joshua was the very friendly and helpful person who dealt with us today. Their canopies are of great quality and appearance, however, sometimes we need replacement parts as with everything. This was an easy process. So we will for sure buy future tents from them due to their great services.

My initial order shipped two weeks late and would not arrive in time for my event. EZ Up recalled the shipment and promised a refund. I have not received a refund yet and it has been about 4 weeks.
