Recently bought the screen room cube Absolutely perfect And great quality Notice, there was a factory defend on a sewing seam called them had it replaced within 2 weeks. Couldn't be more happier.

Great to order - fabric to thin
Great to order! and shipped fairly fast. But fabric was to thin for the product as when it rained there still was small droplets come through - which got items wet. Easy to go up and easy to take down! Glad we also purchased the sand bags as it would have blown away if we hadnt....

don't like the cover not having some…
don't like the cover not having some velcro strips on the sides. center section is not friendly to do while setting up. storage bag should be bigger pain to get back in the bag.

Bought a new top for our EZ UP canopy…
Bought a new top for our EZ UP canopy because the old one was 30 yrs old and tore. Put the new top on and it was loose fit. Had it only a few months and got caught out in a rain event and the loose top gathered water so fast we were unable to get it pushed out and the weight of the water collapsed the shelter and tore the new top and bent the support beams and broke several of them. Now we are out a canopy all together because of a bad top. 8/16/2024 - Here it is a month and a half later and E-Z UP has still not reached out to me as they said they would. It seems that this company just wants your money and not own up to a bad quality product. Basically no costumer support and a bad quality product. Buyer BEWARE

Canopy was delivered quickly and is as described. I bought the curtains and sand bags also.. Used it last weekend and this weekend for a craft fair on a windy hill. It rained a lot last weekend. One rain event was torrential! It held up great and kept my product dry. Today was super windy, and while the curtains blew in and out like a sail, the tent stayed in place. Happy with this product.

Great canopy that I can set up by myself, at a good price. The banner was a bargain at 50% off. When you accidentally shipped me an incomplete design, you corrected the issue and sent me the finished design. I have zero complaints and would recommend your company to others.

Customer service complaint
The canopy arrived as expected. The sidewall has still not been received. When I called on 6/13/24 I was told it had just been shipped. When I called again on 6/26/24 wondering why we hadn’t received it, I was told it was on back order. Clearly, I was lied to by your customer service. I want this item ASAP.
