I have been an EZ up customer for over 10 years. My first ez ups are still holding up great. The only time I had an issue was when a severe thunderstorm/wind came out of nowhere and the frame got toast! Sadly we couldn’t bring it down in time. I give their customers service 5/5, their prices 4/5 and the quality of their products 5/5.
My Replacement came in on time and it was just the right fit.
Online ordering was easy. The parts came and my EZ up is as good as new.
The parts that I ordered are not for the tent I have. I repeatedly checked by putting in my model and other info and the site kept insisting that these parts fit my model. Now I ordered two of the item and none of the parts will work for me at all.
Hi Robert, A customer service agent will contact you to assist with the parts you need.
Robert did a fantastic job taking care of my problem ! Friendly and helpful 😊
Hi Bryan, A customer service agent will contact you regarding your replacement part.
Quick response to my order. Thank you.
Seamed like the delivery charges were really high and there was an advertisement on web page for free shipping over $199 and never received it so remove items from cart.
The E-Z up worked as directed. It is easy to use and we have used it a number of times.
What good is a warranty if you do not have the parts to honor it.
My canopy has been a good purchase, but the sidewalls cannot withstand any real wind. The velcro security straps that attach to the poles are not made to take any resistance from the wind, so the seems just pull out from the sidewalls and rip the fabric. They are supposed to keep the tent secure from the weather. This is my second set of sidewalls and only lasted one show before tearing. Design needs updating for added resistance from the wind.
Received my ez-up and was damaged, this company didn't waste any time getting it resolved Thank you Don Meyers
Product is excellent. It was highly recommended by a friend so I knew what was coming. Although it was packaged extremely well, the carrying/storage bag had some damage on the bottom. Besides that, everything was perfect and I would recommend this product to anyone!
Went with the cheaper one since we’d only be using it once or twice a year. On the first use, one of the legs got kinked and is very close to snapping off. Save the money and get one of the nicer ones.
Hi Joe, A customer service rep will reach out regarding your canopy.
Love the new canopy. Very easy to put up. Love the new banner
EZ UP is right. Remove from carry bag grab the center knob and pop it open. Easy-Peasy.
Very happy with this purchase. Easy to set up and take down, and doesn't have a big footprint when in storage. Can get two cots, a small table and the gear for two adults and a dog for several nights inside. No problem standing up inside, even foe tall folks. Nice thoughtful features inside without any unnecessary extras. This tent has been through several rainy nights and even high winds without issue. Only problem has been after a downpour related to a tornado there was some seepage around some of the zippers in the windows but I need to emphasize that this tent went through torrential downpours with just s little seepage. A small Tarp and a little better planning on my part could have mitigated that. We get a lot of compliments on this one.
It's a great tent. The bag was terrible! The bag did not hold the tent. I ended up buying another bag that was a little more roomy!
