Charging customer for a cancelled order
Artwork wasn’t able to be used for my canopy so I cancelled the order. 3 weeks later they charged my credit card for it. Now I have CC to wait for a refund. Bunch of crap if you ask me!!!

We have several of these at work
We have several of these at work. My 75 year old mother was looking for a pop up for her backyard to use when friends were over. I knew from experience that E-Z Up is easy to set up and light enough for her to manage. Made it a no brainer. Definitely recommend this product. Fast shipping too.
Parts still available
I was surprised the truss parts were still available for this 28+ year old EZ UP. Parts were delivered quickly and adding the new parts was easy

One of my packages arrived damaged. And EZ Up took care of problem promptly, sending me the replacement parts within a few days.
Tent collapsed in the rain
Tent collapsed in the rain! We had it down to ground, came back in the morning & side bars were bent, broken!! Not happy😩

Replacing a worn-out canopy
Replacing a worn-out canopy. I know frame is 10' x 10'. I write down model number on tag on top portion of one of the frames posts. Website makes it easy to select correct model, make choice of color, and place order. Got canopy promptly and it's been working great.
Top Notch CUSTOMER SERVICE
We were already sold on the quality of the EZ-UP product line, but both Robert and Andrew were so knowledgeable and well-versed on many things that make EZ-UP truly unique and the best choice for us. They were very professional and made us feel valued as customers. Andrew and Robert went above and beyond to help us get the perfect EZ-UP for camping tailored to our needs as a family !! In addition they gave us some ideas to make utilizing our new PYRAMID even better and made us aware of many other products to enhance our camping experience !! We will 100% be returning customers as well as sending family and friends their way !! This was truly customer service and representing the EZ-UP line at it's very best !!! I have ordered Ambassador™ Mosaic…
I have ordered Ambassador™ Mosaic Canopy. These canopies are flimsy and fragile. They can bend and below way for a gentle breeze. They blew away and caused property damage to my neighbor's house causing me thousands of dollars in repairs. Never recommend these Canopies to anyone.
Can't beat the customer service
Our order shipped out fast and when there was a problem with it, your customer service team didn't stop until it was fixed. Very happy with how everything turned out!
Great customer service!
We ordered new parts for our tent and when they arrived they were bent. I reported it and they sent me new parts. Very responsive and excellent customer service.
walls such but otherwise fine
It was easy to set up/ sturdy over all but the walls ripped at the seems the first day which is insane for the price. The walls could definitely be higher quality and I expected that for the price, bug time bummer and inconvenience.

I ordered a new bag for my event canopy…
I ordered a new bag for my event canopy and received a very nice unit. My canopy is an older model to be fair, but the bag i received will only hold the canopy, stakes and 2 of the walls. No way to put all 4 walls in. This canopy has lasted longer than I ever thought it would, so thumbs up to EZUP!!
