This was a pleasant company to deal with. It arrived in good time and the print was awesome. The only thing I would suggest is to offer a service of paying extra to have it framed or as a canvas print so it already to hang on the wall

Ordered a Family Love scrabble design picture. I added the names to their image. Besides taking forever to arrive, everything was perfect except the word “Love”, which I might add is a big part of the image. Extremely pixelated, looks horrible. This was a Christmas gift. I emailed Customer Service about my disappointment, the responded “pixelation can happen due to the image used”. It was their image!!!! Their 100% Customer Satisfaction was to offer me 15% off my next order………Really?? Never again.

Beware!!! It doesn’t tell you that it’s not framed until you go through the flip pictures. It’s like on the 3rd or 4th screen. I would think information like that should be on the main screen. This is just my opinion.
