My package came Christmas Eve in my mailbox. I was not home because I was at my daughter’s house where my granddaughters live that these pillows were going to. So I didn’t get the pillow cases in time for Christmas. But when I got home and got my mail, I was very pleased with the pillow cases. They are very well made and look very cute! Dissatisfied Customer not receiving order for Christmas
I have been ordering from Famvibe numerous times, but this year I did not receive the two ornaments that were ordered for my grandson's first Christmas, I ordered this way in time to get both of them before Christmas which was on 12.2.24, no excuse that I have not received them as of today, even though your website stated that it would be here before Christmas. I feel that I should receive a refund for your part of me not receiving it on time. I have emailed twice and sent a text, and no one has called me as of today. If writing a poor review is the only way to get someone to answer, then that tells me poor customer service when you have a problem you have no way to contact your company.

Purchase was an easy process. I purchased a personalized ornament for a friend. I uploaded a picture of her dog, a few adjustments and it was ready to be ordered. I ordered from 3 different places on the same night and this was the last to arrive, I missed the last day to give her the ornament and was very embarrassed when I had to tell her I would give her the gift when she came back after the new year. I live in FL. At one point this was in GA, and a few days later it was in NY. Then suddenly it's here. The ornament itself is adorable and the experience with Famvibe itself was great, but give yourself plenty of time.
