I ordered personalized baby ornaments for Christmas. The type was incorrect. They used a lower case g instead of a number 9 and a comma instead of a decimal. It should have been 19.5 but showed as 1g,5. I emailed to let them know the ornaments were not as ordered and they did nothing to correct the errors. I paid a lot for these ornaments and expected more from the company. Not at all impressed with their lack of response. I am very happy to say that Famvibe has fixed the errors on my ornaments and sent me corrected replacements very quickly. They emailed me and had me verify the print I wanted. The new ornaments are just as I originally ordered and I am pleased with the quick response. Thank you Famvibe for the very speedy response.

The purpose of my gift was to tell my wife what a great-grandmother she is to our 13 grandchildren (to paraphrase the poet: I don't know anyone, so I'll tell everyone). I saw the Famvibe ad and tried the "impossible" of putting her 13 grandchildren on the sweater. I did it in 5 minutes! We got the sweater. The price wasn't cheap but it was worth every cent. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced online. I ordered 2 shirts for a birthday present. One was wrong when I received it. I ordered it correcting, and their customer service even verified that I ordered it correctly. But when I said my tshirt was wrong when it arrived, they said I ordered it wrong. So I ordered another one, they would not offer me a refund since it was clearly their mistake, no discount, nothing. I then asked for them to at least expedite the order so I could have it by my friends birthday, and I still have not received it. So I spent over 90.00 on 2 t-shirts. I sent pictures of the incorrect shirt. It’s funny how on my first email I asked how I had ordered it just to see if it was a mistake on my end. They showed me my order which was the correct request. But then when I mentioned that they sent me the wrong tshirt, they asked for pictures. I sent them to them, then they turned it on me. No resolution at all. They couldn’t even expedite my second order that I had to make due to their mistake!! This is a horrible company.
